The best restaurants serving Fast food food in South West

The best hot chocolate drink with cream and marshmallows I had in Cornwall during a 2 week holiday and the cheapest. Also polite friendly staff

A great, reasonably priced takeaway for fish and chips. Cash only establishment. Fish was fresh and chips were good. Pleasant owners. Best to walk there as not much parking along the street as it's very narrow. Definitely recommend as a takeaway.

The owner is very decent, and the food is always excelent. What more can you ask for?

Place is alright, staff seemed friendly enough, some customers in there were obviously regulars. It was my first visit there as I was staying with family, locally, and the usual fish & chip shop was closed. I ordered 2x plaice, 1 x haddock & chips. The fish was all fresh cooked while I waited. The haddock was fine. The plaice was truly awful. Basically, two bits of battered fish skin. Hardly any actual fish on either bit. Really bad. The chips, despite an advert on the wall claiming them to be new and thicker, were mainly just crispy bits....the stuff you can't actually get a fork in. Overall, a disappointing waste of money. I'll never go back. I suggest you don't either.

Had one portion of cod & chips & one scampi & chips because we were told at 16.30 that they only had one piece of fish left. Food was cooked as we waited. I asked for the food to be wrapped as we were talking it away but got given a box that couldn't be closed (with a shrug of the shoulders) due to the only good thing I would say about the place & that was the portion sizes. The batter on the fish was undercooked & the fish was chewy. The scampi was overcooked. The chips are most definitely were frozen oven chips. Everything had an unpleasant flavor from what I'm assuming is the oil used to cook in. Would give no stars if possible for the food. The positive reviews surprise me & what made me try there in the first place.

Very impressed with the chicken and beef burgers. The portion of fries and curry sauce were generous. Friendly, quick delivery too. Will definitely use again.

it was truly the worst fish and chips i've ever had. tasted like the oil not been changed in a while , and the staff were not exactly welcoming and looked dirty I would rather starve than go into that dump

A nice little shop, staff are lovely and remember my order when I go in, witch makes feel valued as a customer. Milkshakes are always first class!

Great kebab but fries were over cooked

The worst Chinese takeaway I've ever been to. I haven't been in years, because the few times I went it was terrible. Jellified lemon chicken, really crispy chilli beef... a burnt rock hard block! It hasn't changed. The sweet and sour sauce is like water, the egg fried rice is the bland and this time instead of a solid block of beef, I got what I can only assume was beef fat, not crispy at all but cold and chewy. All the dishes I've had here have been awful, either soggy and bland or burnt! Waste of money, I knew in my gut it would be no better after all these years and I was right. I shan't be giving it another chance, ever.
