Big johns is not the way it used to be. It's been sad seeing the decline of big johns, as this was one of my favourite places to get food from. Now I just drive past there and remember the good old days. I would only really go here now in a supreme emergency, and that's hardly ever. Goodbye big johns, it was really nice knowing you. We may meet again one day🫡

Stopped off for a snack on passing by. This place has definitely gone downhill over the last few visits here. Scored low for food and service, atmosphere unfortunately cannot be scored high as the place was pretty much empty. Ordered mixed kebab on naan with a drink £9.60 definitely not good value as compared to other places (probably charged me incorrectly). Doner, naan and salad were acceptable, watery salad on naan left it soggy. The chicken doner was the top layer, though fresh, it meant that it was excessively spicy and had lumps of masala on which I had to remove. This used to be the go-to place for doner/naan for a long time which has really gone down hill. Stay away and go to Hajees further down the road.

Really bad! Even for a McDonald's. I bought 2 wraps of the day thinking if 1 counted as a meal then 2 would suffice. I was still hungry after eating both. The food didn't taste terrible but it didn't really taste of anything. The service was incredibly slow. There were only about 5 customers in the queue to collect food but it seemed like only 2 people working there so I'm not sure why it took so long. I only went in because I was in a rush so thought fast food would be fast. Apparently not! Around half of the tables were occupied with other customers eating but there was absolutely no atmosphere. There was nobody really talking so I was able to hear the argument going on between the manager and a customer. The price was good at only £1.99 each so £3.98 for the two I had. I guess you'd need about 4 to make enough for a meal though so just under £8 is about on par with a cheap pub meal.

Ordered food from here and waited almost an hour for my food. When it eventually arrived the bag was all scrunched up, my pancakes were stone cold, my McFlurry’s were melted and to top it off my hot chocolate was also cold. Very annoyed since the food isn’t cheap either .

Ordered food at the machine put order in at 10.40am, requested table service. Noticed when we sat down there was a few others waiting for their food to come to their table. Finally after 15 mins wait the food arrived. No cutlery for the pancakes and no syrup, sorry but if you haven't got the items then don't put them up. Worst service ever and I've worked at McDonald's so know what's involved. Hardly any staff. Sorry you need to sort it out. Won't be coming back and will tell all friends and family not to bother.

Appalling experience from a mouthy delivery driver trying to tell me my address is wrong. But if he had made the effort to use my postcode like a professional driver should, he would've come to the correct address. I spoke to him over the phone to help and he lied to me when I asked him if he was using Google maps and had put in my postcode. Disgusting attitude and wouldn't hand me my food and instead wanted to dare to lecture me on correcting my address when it was his fault from the start. I will never order from this branch again and this driver should be sacked. You can't even speak to the branch because the number on Google doesn't exist. Then the whopper I ordered had no salad on it. Joke.
