25 mins wait for a Big Mac meal and order was still wrong

Food came 15 mins early! Cool however they missed the cheese I added and paid for and the grilled chicken was grey and very very chewy.

how is this only rated 3.9? ordered a mixed kebab for 14 quid, it was massive. most places just stick chips on top but this place gives you a whole separate box although they were abit dead but who cares the chips aren't the star of the show here and I'm glad because I usually fill up on them first and ruin my meal. I can never usually eat shish from a kebab house it's always rank cheap meat that's over spiced but befor chucking it to the dog I thought I'd have a nibble, unfortunately the dog didn't get any shish tonight 😅 it was so good! if I had to pick anything out I'd say the chicken was a tiny bit dry and the naan was mediocre, the donner and lamb were spot on. will definitely order again. The dogs looking at me like it thinks it's getting some of this hahaha no chance!

Parking - beware dont go to this mcdonalds, when you enter the car park a photo of your car is taken at this mcdonalds, you are timed from when you enter the car park not from when you are parked. I could not park and drove round in circles for 30 minutes whilst i was trying to meet a friend here after work. I then had a £300 parking fine!!!!

Visited with my daughter recently and it's usually a difficult place to get in and out of at the best of times due to the heavy traffic at Ventura. Since the refurb this year there are less seats and you can never sit down anywhere. Staff were standing around and chatting not cleaning tables. The new interior layout looks OK but doesn't cater for the amount of people that visit we needed up eating in the car.

Very bad Toffee Latte, but the fries are much better than in other McDonalds in Worcester. I'll come back anyway, but not for coffee.

I stopped off and bought a meal with tea. Tea was absolutely atrocious. Just hot water and milk. Pg tips bag had no flavour. Just cup of milk diluted with hot water. Replace all your tea bags they're useless.

Stop here regularly. Not a bad site and does what it should. The Only down side is probably too many electric chargers take up a lot if space...bit thatscwhere were going.
