The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

Cod and chips superb battery crunchy and not oily chips done just right hot and delicious . Freshly cooked but didn't have tonwait to long can be telephoned ordered beforehand and they give you a collection time .

Very disappointing ordered fish and chips the chips were cold and hard I should of gone back and got a refund not what I expected won't use again.

This place is an expensive joke, had a mixed kebab got 2 bits of burnt chicken 2 slices of donor and a salad so small it's not worth mentioning. Ordered a salad was a tiny box just with cabbage and a whole onion to top it off rubbery chips obviously had been re cooked. Called for half the money back after alot of persuasion got offered extra donor meat the next time I said there won't be a next time. In the end got offered a fiver. Honestly this place is so expensive but not worth it at all

Absolutely terrible chips - taste and look like they are 3 days old - as tough as old boots! Have been there a few times now thinking it would get better - but unfortunately not! I am not sure what sort of food the other people who have given good reviews are used to.......

Worst kebab I’ve ever had sheesh was very fatty couldn’t chew it , undercooked old mutton meat . Chips were done in old oil . Gave my dog the meat and threw the rest in the bin . Prices have rocketed quality has tumbled . I’ve been using this place for 20 yrs I shall not be going again .

Servicio increíblemente lento! Pedí Just Eat. El plazo de entrega previsto era originalmente de 13 . 15 - 13 . 35 pero seguía siendo empujado hacia atrás. Cuando el plazo de entrega previsto alcanzó los 14 . 10 - 14 . 30 Cancelé mi pedido ya que no había ninguna comunicación del restaurante y dudaba que alguna vez recibiría mi comida.

Awful lunch the worst watery curry sauce I’ve ever had there’s saving money and then there’s daylight robbery 2 large curry sauces costing 4 pounds so watered down that they literally tasted of nothing!!! If you like soggy tasteless chips covered in brown tasteless water then this is the place!!! I’d give it zero if I could

Customer service was terrible and average par fried chicken. Upon complaining about the amount i was given per price (not specified on advert) i was very aggressively told to go away as allegedly nobody had complained before. The reviews here would tend to disagree with that. Good luck to your failing business.

This fish and chip shop was great after the renovation we were using at least once a week over the period the quality of the food especially the chips started to deteriorate we stopped going to the shop for a while but today decided that takeaway cod and chips for dinner would be good Well when got home l could not believe the food was so poor the chips were basically inedible and l think probably reheated from before the cod’s were very flat batter poor and frankly tasteless at the price of fish and chips these days you have a right to expect better. How this place has deteriorated over time is amazing they should be ashamed to sell food in this condition.

The food and the atmosphere was amazing! I went with my friends for dinner and we had a great time!!

The last two visits have been disappointing the fish was grey and dry so not edible and the chips were also dry,we used to go to union jack regularly because the food was nice so I do not know what has happened to it recently but we won't be going back

Amazing they also showed me the halal certificate so for all you Muslims thinking it might be halal it is and they amazing burgers

Enjoyed fish and chips from Berties. I've never had a fish so big, it had to be folded in half to fit it in the tray. Cooked very well and good chips also.
