The best restaurants serving Indian food in West End City of London, Westminster London

My favorite restaurant in London. I always make a point to stop here for dinner and drinks when I’m back in town. I’ve never had a bad meal here, and I love the atmosphere. I highly recommend it!

We made a booking & the restaurant was not accommodating to our party at all. We asked for the general manager to resolve the situation and he was rude and then ran away. The staff were unable to provide names for the general manager. Having failed to deliver a service typically expected in Mayfair we left and went to Kanishka few doors down which was fantastic and accommodating. No wonder the restaurant was so empty at dinner. The service at this restaurant has left a bad taste as a returning customer. There are much better Indian restaurants to try around Mayfair for sure.

Everything was great since i entered the resturant untill i left the food the service the servers/waiters all were really nice.. And a big thankyou to Mr Rahel he was so polite and kind his service was 100%

The idea is interesting, small plates but interesting and very well cooked. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable which is a very big plus. We've been a couple of times and will go again.

Great restaurant with highly authentic Indian food that arrives in those wonderful small metal bowls. Great service and jus great food.

Five of us went for afternoon tea for my sister-in-law 60th the food was absolutely delicious. The service was amazing. The staff did not hover over us. We were not rushed and after the afternoon tea we sat in the lounge and ordered a bottle of Prosecco and once again we were not rushed. Absolutely beautiful decor and ambience. Neha could not do enough for us by taking all our photos that we wanted. Which were a lot 😂 I would highly recommend this place and will definitely go there again.

I´m always in love with tandoori chicken, and this one in Soho is ok. I will consider trying another dish next time

Outstanding food and service. The restaurant's ambience was excellent - especially on a cold winter night the welcome, lighting, and decor were a perfect welcome. In terms of food, we ordered from the a la carte menu, and had the Lasooni Wild Tiger Prawns (absolute recommend - these are huge prawns, almost like lobsters, cooked to be succulent, and marinated in an excellent sauce), Tandoori Lamb Chops (thicc and grilled with a wonderful crust), and Wild Muntjac Biryani (it's iconic and that rice is so moist and fragrant). I can also deeply recommend the quinine sour cocktail! Yes it's not a cheap meal, but the quality is outstanding, the ambience is excellent, and the service is fantastic.

I came in the other night and had a wonderful time! All the food I had was really tasty (kerala porrota, lamb ularthiyath and the fish curry - definitely order these) and the staff was friendly. 10/10 recommend

One of the worst food we have had in London. Ordered Kebabs and sea food curry. The Kebab was obviopusly cooked from frozen and was burnt outside and hard and undercooked on the inside. When we pointed this out the staff said they would inform the kitchen and then left. So no idea if they were going to replace it or not. They did bring replacement after we paid and walking out the door. A little late! The seafood curry had raw spice which indicated it had not been cooked properly either. just a terrible experience.
