Después de esperar 90 minutos me llamaron y me dijeron que "en otros 15 minutos". Después de 40 minutos me dijeron que "de nuevo otros 15 minutos". En este punto me canceló el pedido, 2 horas y media de rigmarole y terminamos teniendo que ir hacer otros arreglos. Pésimo servicio

Amazing food, great staff and good atmosphere. Been my favourite Indian restaurant gor 12 years.

We have eaten in the Basmati a few times but it was cold and snowy and we didn't feel like venturing out so ordered a takeaway on line for delivery. Extremely easy to place the order and pay and you can set up an account, so will be even more straightforward next time. Website tells you approximately how long delivery will be but it arrived 15 mins early. Portions are good size and the quality of the food was excellent. Big chunks of chicken and meat in the dishes. Everything was really tasty. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Rip off, tandoori chicken main meal consisted of two legs and thigh, not a breast, not happy. Although mathematically this is correct as two quarters make a half it is not the half consisting of a breast it's two of the cheaper quarter cuts that you get in a starter so if you don't mind the cheaper cuts may as well order 2 starters and make a saving too 11.09.2024

One of two amazing takeaways in the Wigan area, will definitely be coming back , ordered the treat box and I was blown away with how nice it was! Service was amazing and the staff are so friendly, no delayed times or messing around , going to be my regular from now on ☺️

Nice Indian food at reasonable prices. We had a lamb benghal and lamb madras. Only gripe was that the lamb was not properly trimmed, hence some fatty pieces.

We took a Cple of friends for a meal last night. Booked around 8 days prior to date. Definitely necessary, especially if it's a Saturday. This is an extremely popular restaurant. Had to wait around 10 mins to be taken to our table. So we Sat in the bar area. Very busy. The restaurant has a welcoming, comfortable vibe. As soon as we were seated we looked at menus. Within 8 mins or so a waiter arrived to take our drinks and food orders. No sooner had he done that, our drinks, poppadoms and chutneys were on the table. Service was excellent, with friendly staff. Considering how busy they were I was amazed at how quickly our courses came out. I must admit I wasn't very adventurous with my choices. Played safe with a generous prawn cocktail followed by Chicken Passandra and coconut rice. My table also ordered garlic chilli king prawns and peri peri chicken wings starters. All very tasty. Other mains were Bombay Lamb (med/hot), Lamb Tikka, Prawn Ajnabi with a creamy garlic and spices sauce. Each dish was excellent. The bill for four people including drinks (2 rounds) came to £118.80. obviously we put a service tip on. Which to be honest was cheaper than expected. The staff helped make this a very enjoyable eve. We would definitely recommend a visit. Also look forward to trying something different as there's lots of tempting choices on the menu. . Viv & Stan.

Was really looking forward to this food with my misses. Only nice thing to our meal was the Tika massalla lamb which was good. The rest of it was just a big greasy mess. Chicken pakora was like a ball of grease, can tell why the food hygiene has a 3 star rating currently and then a 1 previously. Price is not bad if your looking for a soggy greasy Indian. Good service when you go in but that's what your paying for. If you want a good Indian go amans down the road and pay that little bit extra. Rather eat My babys food for my tea sorry guys Ps get a new chef and up the food hygine. Won't be back any time soon

Ordered a takeaway today it’s was horrible - the dirty chips we’re soggy and had no topping no sauce on it just a few odd jalapeño and big chunks of tomatoes! By the way they don’t do lamb here they only do sheep meat - I asked for lamb curry and paid extra for Lamb but I know most Asian takeaways will only use mutton/ sheep meat as cheaper alternative - I asked in the notes to give me chicken if this was the case which they did - but clearly their advertisement is not accurate cos why charge extra for lamb when you don’t even serve lamb!! The chapati and naan were stale, rubbery and and the flour was shredding it was awful!!! I called to complain the man on the phone listened but his customer service did not go beyond that. Previously they have been really good but defo the quality has gone down hilll won’t be returning

The korma was too sweet and made it hard to eat due to the sugar
