Food good staff could be friendlier better music can get very loud

We really searched for a place we could have prawns and thought this was “it”. Had starters that were nothing too fantastic. And then the Prawns which we were super excited about; thinking they would be amazing “Tiger Giants” as this was a Portuguese restaurant … well, what a disappointing experience - they were 6 x 1/2 prawns (so 3 prawns each). Dismal 😩, “dirty heads” with the roe or whatever that orange strip along the back was. Total rip off for the price we paid.

We were staying just outside Thame and decided to order a takeaway. We ordered Lamb Pasanda, Mughal Chicken, Niramish and a peshwari naan. The order came and was pipping hot. All the dishes tasted lovely and delicious. Highly recommend trying.

This is the best restaurant in Henley, wonderful tasty food and excellent service from friendly staff. I've been coming here for years and it is consistently good.

Main couse was not great but just good. Wine was great. Service also. But I cannot get over the salmon starter. 4 dice size cubes of salmon. Overcooked and tasteless. I am sorry but for almost 8 pound I expect a decent portion and some FLAVOUR!

Tried the buffet all you can eat Sunday lunch. Onion Bagi very average as was the rest of the food. Not very many in the restaurant and why do you have to book? Stoken church Mowchat no booking and better food

This is our go to for curry. Very tasty . Service is amazing, we had a delivery where they forgot our popadoms, the owner personally delivered them to us very quickly . Thank you for great food and outstanding service, highly recommended x

The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The service was friendly and helpful. We wish the new owners every success

Sadly (I don’t often complain) we had a very disappointing takeaway. Really tasteless mains and doughy Naan. Veg curry was mostly potato.
