The best restaurants serving Indian food in South West

Was given jeevan sweets as a gift. Very delicious. Happy to recommend jeevan. Purple box containing custom choice, in this case it was cashew with coconut sweets. Silver top.

Excellent food, value and service. Had a great mixed kebab starter followed by chicken jalfrezi with mushroom rice and garlic nan. Brilliantly cooked with great flavour. This was a takeaway whilst visiting Weymouth. I called in to collect and was impressed to see a very stylish and oppulent interior. I will certainly look to dine here when I visit again.

Very disappointing take away. Very little other than flavourless rice. The few prawns were so tough they were almost inedible. The only positive was the keema naan. We’ll try somewhere else next time.

We went out for lunch and decided to try mowgli's it didn't disappoint the food was amazing we had the sharer option the hole meal was fantastic the staff couldn't do enough we will definitely be returning

Mr Karthik (review given below). I am the waiter that served your table and I personally took your order. First of all there was 4 of you & you wanted to share 1 main dish & 1 keema rice between 4 of you, second of all I made sure the order was made to your liking. Half way through the meal I came and asked you how the food was and you replied ‘very good & very spicy’. So I am very confused by this review, next time you fancy going out I suggest you get yourselves a meal deal each which is more affordable for yourselves & I would not recommend you guys going to any restaurants/takeaway if you are going to write false reviews because you found our prices ‘dear’

I wont go anywhere else for take-away food except Polash. I have NEVER had a poor meal, let alone a bad one, in at least the last 7 years i have been using them. I have only eaten in the restaurant a couple of times with family celebrations and again the food is always excellent. You will see some negative reviews about the curries not being "authentic" or "not a proper Madras", please just ignore them. The same "curry" made in different regions will have different flavours and consistencies and at the end of the day, who cares what it should or should not be called, if it tastes good then what more is needed! Well done all the guys at Polash, definitely the best there is!!

30-12-24, we had a take away Lal Qilla, what a culinary delight, Tasty, hot and plenty of food we had. Incredible quick delivery and superb service. Highly recommended the ‘Mint Lamb’ from the specials menu. Faultless takeaway.👏

A lovely experience. The food was packed full of flavour and portions were more than generous. Amazing service, nothing was too much trouble. A really enjoyable evening, looking forward to visiting again soon !!

We wanted to try something different in the area so visited for the first time. Parking was good and there were lots of spaces. Food was ok and very few authentic Indian vegetarian options there. Service and atmosphere was good.
