The best restaurants serving Italian food in Epping Forest East of England

Great restaurant, we didn't go for a while after it opened but so pleased we have now tried it. Wonderful service and food fron this Italian, the chef is from Sicily and has worked at some top London restaurants and you can tell by the quality of the food. Servie is also top quality. Highly recommend giving this place a try.

My experience at this restaurant was amazing. From the moment I arrived until I left, I felt welcomed and pampered by the food and the service. A big thank you to Nuno for providing outstanding service throughout our meal. Their menu knowledge and attention to detail made for a seamless dining experience.

Always very high standard of food. Staffs are very friendly and child friendly. Try their specials, always a nice surprise. Recently i had the scallop as starter and mixed clams linguine from special menu. It was absolutely divine.

Absolutely love this place. I have been lucky enough to go twice this month and each the time the staff and food were amazing. First time was with a group of around 15 and second time group of 8 and everyone really enjoyed their food and said they would go back. Family fun, fresh food.

We came very late on Wednesday and the host was able to fit us in. What an amazing place been before had a great meal then. This time it was the food was amazing we could both not finish as the portion was so large but really tasty. The host and chef make this a must go to place. Great food lovely people. We visit from Edinburgh so can’t go regularly but would if we lived in the area.

The Italian is okay but the Japanese is very mixed. Some of the rolls are okay but I ordered a chicken and veg ramen and was totally tasteless. It tasted like water with some chicken and frozen vegetables thrown in and they were all English veg not Asian ones. Very strange. Would be good if they learnt how to make some Japanese dishes properly

Long wait, Multiple mistakes with the starters and mains, Average food

By far the best Italian restaurant in Epping. I’ve had the chance to meet the Chef and cooks and you can really see the passion and expertise they pour into their work. The staff are all around knowledgeable and Joshua is also a masterclass behind the bar and makes some of the best pizza’s I’ve ever tried, furthermore, I recently tried the Pizza Alla Mario which I sought out right away because of the name and it did not disappoint. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough!

A friend and I went for a meal last Monday 30th January. We arrived at 8.15pm and our order was taken very quickly, but not one thing was right. Both my friend and I ordered the vegetable and pasta soup, which on a positive note was delicious. However, my friend did not receive his at the same time. He waited patiently, then after ten minutes asked where it was. The waiter apologised, admitting he had forgotten. I had finished mine by then as my friend had asked me not to wait for him. For the main course, my friend ordered the vegan spaghetti bolognaise and I ordered pizza. My friend said his meal was tasteless and could have been hotter, and my pizza was barely warm, so I sent it back. I was promptly told that nothing could be done as the kitchen was closed (at 10 past 9?) so I mentioned that surely he still had access to a microwave. He commented that they don’t usually put pizzas in the microwave (Erm - I wanted it warmed up) but he did. For too long, though, as it was tough and inedible, so left it. We also asked for a jug of water. Along came a small jug despite there being two of us, and two dirty glasses, so we asked for two clean ones, which were then provided and should have been provided in the first place. Back to the jug, it was clearly a jug for one and not enough water for a whole glass each. For dessert, I ordered tiramisu and my friend ordered cheesecake, both of which were fine, but we had expected dessert spoons to eat with, not teaspoons… We had a 25% off voucher, which was why we chose Prezzo, but we will not be choosing the Buckhurst Hill branch again. The staff seemed in a rush to get rid of the customers who were left, so we didn’t order coffee, nor did we leave a tip, nor will we be returning, despite not being charged for the pizza I didn’t actually get to eat. Appalling service from a well-known and reputable chain.

5 stars from me , I had seabrim fish , what a taste , excellent cooking skills from the chef , I did my first visit and I will make another one to try other delicious dishes , friendly staff and nice atmosphere, looking forward for another visit , good job guys 🥰

Had an amazing evening here last night. Was a 50th birthday party and went down so well . Staff were retentive, got orders right and made our evening relaxing.

I went to this restaurant last week, food was full of grease and overcooked. Staff not speak proper English. Terrible, no recommend at all.
