The best restaurants serving Italian food in Norwich East of England

Came to this restaurant with my parents a while ago. The food was lovely!! The garlic bread especially. Can’t believe I didn’t leave a review but based on opinions I need to. Good service was good just took a while. My father sent back food and it took a turn. Owner kicked off at him, was extremely rude, not a nice person. Treating staff and customers badly isn’t a way to run a restaurant. Will NEVER return.

This was our first time visiting this Bella Italia site, food was delicious, service was speedy and great, but the best part was our server, unfortunately I didn't catch his name but he was welcoming, friendly and happy! Such a breath of fresh air. We will definitely be back.

My daughter & her friends really enjoy going to this restaurant and have visited on more that one occasion, and throughly enjoy the food but unfortunately that is where it stops. They visited this weekend to celebrate Christmas, on entering the restaurant they informed the waiter they had a table booked, they were 7 minutes early, instead of saying I’m sorry you’re tables not ready would you like to wait, they where told to leave the restaurant and come back at the correct time!!! They ended up standing outside in the pouring rain for 5 minutes, on re-entering the restaurant they were seated at a table that had been laid out and waiting when they first arrived. For the prices they charge and the status they like to project this type of service is totally unacceptable.

Went on Friday afternoon during the Christmas school holidays. There were 5 of us 3 adults and 2 small children. It was busy and it took around 40 minutes to get our food. When the food arrived my food was luke warm. We asked for a jug of water and it never arrived. The staff were friendly but it cost £130 for 2 starters, 2 children's meals, 3 mains, 1 side and a round of soft drinks. I think this is very expensive for some pasta and children's pizza

Celebrated our son's 7th Birthday there. We had fantastic experience, the waiting staff was very kind and fast. The food arrived swiftly and was really delicious. Kids had 3 course meals (enjoyed it a lot) and we, adults had pizza and drinks. I had to mention great selection of pizzas on the menu (so many choices... hard to choose :D ). The staff was very professional, we mentioned about the birthday and the waiter brought Chocolate Brownie with a candle to my son (very happy). It was Norwich football game afternoon, so the place was full within one hour. Despite that, the staff was so well organized, we were looked after very well. Compliments to the managers, chefs and waiting staff. Bravo!
