The best restaurants serving Italian food in County Durham North East

The food was good lovely typical Italian food The staff were friendly , the young Italian waitress very nice But it was very slow and they weren't full But the upstairs room was freezing not good when you are eating . We did mention this and the waitress went to a cupboard to up the heating ..we weren't the only people complaining one lady told us she was keeping her coat on . This made us want to leave early so we missed desert and coffee ..not good Also we had 2 elderly people with us and the stairs to up stairs were steep and had to clime...book downstairs if you have any mobility problems

Much better now, usually get pizza, parmo or chicken kebab, always good and delivered on time, definitely one of best in town 👍

Order from here pretty much most weekends spending on average £30. Unfortunately for the last few months the delivery times are absolutely shocking waiting approx 2 hours. Waited tonight over 2 hours so rang to find out what was going on, to be told our order hadn’t been accepted on there end even though I had an email immediately after ordering to say it was accepted. Frustrating really when your all sat hungry, shame as the food is lovely.

It was OK. Well presented but the food lacked flavour and was disappointing. Staff were polite, helpful and the place was clean. Maybe I just went too soon before they had a chance to iron out the wrinkles.

Food was disgusting, wouldn't feed it to my dogs. Frozen kebab meat not even warmed up, everything was just vile. Chips, sausage, buns, sauces 🤢

Just moved into the town and found this place. First try eating their food and it's just the best top to bottom. Service is really nice and the employees are really generous. I would recommend coming to this place and order a takeaway or a delivery
