A huge thank you to everyone at Benvenuto for making my dad's 80th birthday party extra special. I really appreciate the hard work that went into preparing everything beforehand and especially on the day in feeding 33 hungry guests 😁 EVERYONE loved the food and had a great time. The service was fantastic. Highly recommended and most definitely one of the best restaurants in Tameside. The food and service is exceptional. Always. Hektisk restaurant. Høyt lydnivå. Rask bestilling. OK mat. Ikke så mye som minner om Italia bortsett fra meny og vinkart.

Music too loud. It spoilt our night constantly saying ‘can you say that again’. On the whole food was good. Service could have been a tad better.

Overpriced and rude staff, terrible atmosphere. Really trying to be a big city experience but the only thing that resembles a big city experience are the big city prices.

ad to ask for them back to use. Food portions are a little smaller but the food was ok/nice. What really left me feeling disappointed is that I asked to purchase several gift vouchers for family for meals as Xmas gifts, the waitress seemed really pleased with this and said she would send the manager over to sort this, only for her to come back and to be told I had to pay for them by cash? I'm not sure if this is the norm or what could be a valid reason for this, but I didn't have nearly £300 in cash on me. Suffice to say they lost out on a nearly £300 purchase because they wouldn't take a card payment.

We recently attended a wedding at Oaklands Hall. The staff are excellent here, they go out of their way to ensure you have a great experience. The 3 course meal was delicious and the staff were attentive and brought water when needed, they replenished the wine promptly and cleared everything away in good time. The buffet later on was also lovely, including some yummy chips which a lot of buffets don’t do but were very welcome. The toilets are modern and clean and no issues with lack of paper, nice little basket of toiletries too. The room is a good size and bright. If you were booking a wedding here in the summer you might be put off by the lack of outside space as it’s just the car park but it wasn’t an issue for the wedding we attended. I would say book your function here and you won’t be disappointed. The MC is very friendly and happy to help with any queries.
