food excellent, people serving table very polite and helpful. One member of party was gluten intolerant. No separate menu for gluten free had to scan a QR code. This could be awkward or confusing for some people. Would recommend and use again.

Booked the restaurant for dinner pre a show at the Birmingham Hippodrome as it was in the perfect location. Food was tasty, service was prompt and friendly, no complaints at all. Would recommend.

Seated by server then totally ignored for 15 minutes. Gave up and went somewhere else. Nothing express about pizza express… need to change your name!

It is as you would expect, good for pizza and other Italian food, very good service.

Saw Pizza Express on the app “Too good to go”. Placed my first order to be collected at 21:45. Travelled 20 minutes and arrived 5 minutes early. Was told “not tonight, nothing left” then went off and cancelled the order!. Compete waste of time! I had to pay for parking too. Pizza Express more like Pizza Depressed.

Don't trust the prices on their website.

It is a fantastic place to go if you're seeking amazing pizza. It is also clean and well organised. They offer a variety of flavors, and the added mushrooms are top-notch. My order came with a small portion of chips, which were delicious too. It's clear these guys know how to make great food.

Absolute nightmare tbh, understandably busy this time of year but it felt like we was in a YOUTH CLUB, kids were running absolute riot in there. It was My first time in there and I was so shocked! There was No care or consideration for other diners atall. And to top it off The food was shocking.. I could have made the dishes that we had better at home ! Prawn starter?? Really ? I got tiny shrimps not Juicy succulent prawns ! It was shocking and a massive let down. Waiters and Waitresses were so sweet though, they are all so young and inexperienced….I felt sorry for them! Get some decent management in there !

Decent food overall. Pizza arrived luke warm but was okay. Donner meat was nice and they gave us an extra portion of fries for free. Service was very good and quick.

We booked the `Lygon in the hope that it would be an amazing Christmas lunch. How wrong were we. The champagne reception, never happened, as we were just shown to our table. We did get offered complimentary house red and white, but we're not offered...

AWFUL EXPERIENCE !! Disgusting food. Terrible service. Will not be returning. Put me off for life. Arrived and took 20 minutes before offered drinks which then took about 30 minutes to come. Ordered mozzarella sticks but no cheese was visible inside. When food finally arrived after an hour of waiting even though the restaurant was not busy, we were shocked. The food was cold , the bacon was raw , the pizza base was not cooked thoroughly and the cheese looked out of date. We were put in an awful seat even though the rest of the restaurant was available. Smell of fish surrounded us. Unwelcoming staff. Worst meal of my life. Paid £50 for an appalling meal. I have enjoyed Frankie’s and Benny’s before but this experience of poor food and service will stop me from ever going again.
