Best vegan pizza in london. They were all very delicious, that's all i can say. If you like truffle, make sure to try the truffle pizza. The restaurant also offer a little cheeses products shop so you can buy cheeses there that you liked on your pizza. Everything is good and of quality. Staffs were not particularly very friendly compared to other places we went to.

Unfortunately did not have a great experience here due to mistakes that could have been avoided, we booked a table for a work celebration there was about 20 of us, we preordered based off the menu online. I had preordered penne marinara from their online menu, as I am from England I understood that this was just a tomato pasta sauce, and there is nothing on their online menu to suggest marinara is seafood, however I received a penne pasta with tomato sauce and seafood. My sister is allergic to seafood and I don’t eat it to keep her safe. I told them I didn’t order seafood penne, he became angry and shouted at me that I did, I asked to see the menu when he showed me, that’s when we all realised their online menu is different to the one in the restaurant, he brought me a menu to say marinara is seafood, but this is not mentioned on the online menu we used when we preordered, and unfortunately being English and not being Italian, marinara in England is just tomato garlic sauce not seafood like it is in Italy, my fault for not knowing marinara means seafood in Italian but the manager or owner who was serving us just began shouting at me. A female waitress apologised and moved him away from me and brought me just a tomato penne pasta said sorry again and understood what had happened and fixed the issue without an issue, clearly a mistake on both parts. After I’d eaten it the angry manager came over and asked me how my seafood pasta was sarcastically. 3 or 4 of us preordered the online menu tomato garlic bread to start, and one of us ordered a tomato garlic bread for their main. But when it arrived in the restaurant it was a plain garlic pizza bread, as their menu in their restaurant is different to the one online and doesn’t include tomato. Also despite pre ordering two of the starters were missing and had to be chased up 10 mins or so after we had all eaten our starters and the same happened again for our mains, two were missing and a side of chips which we had to chase up. We spent about £582 and just didn’t feel we had a good experience despite pre ordering and we even brought our pre order on a document with us to make sure we were organised when we got there. Food was excellent however and we had a good time. Just a shame to be shouted at in a restaurant by the manager at what clearly was a genuine mistake, as I don’t speak Italian.

What an amazing experience. After recently been diagnosed as needing a gluten free diet I spoke to the manager/owner (Italian lady with blonde. Sorry didn't catch her name🤦🏽♀️) she went through all the menu with me. Instead of it being very limited like I have been used to there was so many gluten free options to choose from. In fact there wasn't much on the menu that I couldn't have which was such a refreshing change. I looked at the menu, wanted pate with toast and thought, "I won't be able to have that!"... But I could, just with gluten free toast. Lots of pasta, pizza, mains and starters were OK for me to have too. We will definitely be going there again. Thank you to all the staff there. Amazing service, amazing menu and the staff were very welcoming and helpful too.

Visited here whilst staying nearby for the weekend. We had a tastecard so had 2 4 1 on all courses. The restaurant was very quiet on arrival (bank holiday Sunday evening) and remained so during the evening. The food was excellent (we had starters and mains each) and came in good time. The service was at times a little slow as it appeared a stock take was going on at the time. We were too full for dessert this time. Loved up to the Bella Italia brand well.

I visited with my mother and partner on Boxing day lunchtime. The food was absolutely delicious with great service. Everything cooked fresh, I can honestly say this is one of the best Italian restaurants I have been to outside Italy. Would highly recommend this gem of a restaurant.

Visited last night with family.Nice atmosphere and drinks starters were also great. But main courses were average and cold apart from one and it was not busy for staff not to ask about food feedback.Did say this after paying and the lovely server told us that he will straight go to the manager but manager didn't come to discuss. It would have been sorted if some one from the staff would have asked in-between about food.

We had quite a mixed experience at Al Bivio, where we had to eat as the neighbouring Premier Inn had made a hash of their evening meal provision. We went on two occasions: an excellent pizza, with a generous home-made base, and a delicious pasta dish with chicken and white wine. However, from the Specials lists, a lasagne was quite tough, and my seafood risotto over-salty, though I would add that it was generously filled. A pet theme of mine: this restaurant is NOISY! Not one single absorbent surface anywhere, just a bare glass frontage and plain walls that reflect sound. Having a conversation in here feels like hard work.
