What an amazing festive afternoon tea. Richard and the team were very good and the service was excellent. This is the third time our family have been for the afternoon tea, each time has been perfect. Savoury and sweet, hand baked, delicious. Also an ideal place for a midweek treat. We will definitely be back.

A very friendly Greek and Mediterranean eatery, welcoming and family feel. Souvlakis, either with chicken or pork, are our favourites.

Visited last week. Ordered our food and hot drinks. 10 mins into our meals we still had not received our drinks. Politely reminded them. Staff member manner and face quite unfriendly, eventually came but not as requested. Staff member Unapologetic and rude manner. Will not be visiting again. Food was good but Customer service by this front of house staff member was very poor.

We accidently discovered this cafe while hunting around Whitby for something more "homely". The staff were very accommodating for our party of 7. They ensured we got seated and looked after us all the step of the way. The food was plentiful, tasty, and very reasonably priced. There was a good selection that suited both adults and children. If you want to avoid the mass of marauding tourists and seaguls. Take a stroll up the hill to Stokers.

Lovely meal and super value. I had goulash and mash - and it came with fresh vegetables. My wife had scampi - lots of it - with perfect French fries. A nice bottle oh house wine, a red Temprinello. Finished with a homemade cherry crumble and creamy custard. All for £45!

I ordered the Chocomel Truffle Teasecake and the Breakthrough Tiramisu Pot. The Teasecake had an unexpected hint of coconut to it (possibly due to the coconut yogurt) that was quite nice! The Breakthrough Tiramisu Pot was also good (maybe not as much of a standout). The ordering can be a little hard to navigate at first (it’s not obvious until after you checkout that they only deliver once a week, so plan ahead and double-check the FAQs), but everything arrived when and as expected, and Yummzy was very communicative and responsive throughout the whole process. Recommend sampling a variety of their offerings and stocking up!

A great addition to the Chillingham Road - very good variety of food, and good coffee. Well worth a visit for fresh and unusual food, a change from the usual, and you can tell the quality by the number of people waiting outside for their orders!

This really is an excellent place for brunch or lunch in Deptford. Although you may have to wait for a table it’s worth it. The staff are charming and helpful. My one small gripe would be that the food could have been hotter- the consequence of trying to do a lot of covers from a small kitchen I think. None the less a standout place.

Visited today as a group of 12 for a birthday lunch. Ate of the Christmas menu Excellent food as always and really good value Great Service - staff are lovely This restaurant is definitely the best in the area Highly Recommended

We went for a meal at Bollywood Tadka with friends before bringing in the new year. The restaurant was extremely busy, which was no doubt why the service was on the slow side. But that was fine by us – we finished long before 2025 began! The food was as good as ever. Customers have to be prepared to wait just a bit longer than the average Indian restaurant, since each meal is carefully and individually prepared. It is much superior to most other Indian places in town, and Jennifer and Sachen are always friendly and helpful. We will certainly be back in 2025.

Lovely platters and salads. GF bread. Delicious wines! Elizabeth and Monique are warm and friendly and provide a cozy atmosphere and great service. La Planchette is my favourite place for a relaxed evening. Highly recommend! Best to book as this is getting very popular.

What a great place, Views across the golf course, and very peaceful. Warm welcome from all staff, including Tony Tobin. The food was very tasty. great birthday treat.

Cannot recommend this place I would give it 10* if I could, lovely warm welcome, Thai food was amazing, brilliant night, we will definitely be back x Claire, Lee, William and Macie xx
