Always a pleasure at the breakfast club but this is the first time I’ve been to this specific one - honestly shout out for the service, although it was an extremely busy Sunday morning the staff were so helpful, friendly, communicative and got a table for us as soon as possible. The food is always banging (the breakfast burger in particular) and they gave me extra cheese sauce in the burger instead of ketchup without even looking at me strangely which is a massive plus. They also didn’t try and squeeze the 3 of us onto a tiny table to space save, we got literally an entire massive oblong dining table which was nice. Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is cos of the prices - I know it’s a well known spot in London but £7 for a large green juice (£5 for a regular which is teeny)? Cmonnnnn. I will however most definitely return lols

We dined at Gaucho Piccadilly last night. The food and wine selections and quality were excellent. But of particular note was the level of service provided by our server, Josephine. We have rarely encountered such a pleasing combination of congenial personality, proactive and informed dining advice, and interesting conversation. Josephine went out of her way to provide helpful inputs on wine and beef selection, at one point suggesting a wine substitution which while slightly more expensive was nevertheless a well-considered and much-appreciated recommendation. The restaurant was packed and we anticipated inattentive and indifferent service. We could not have been more pleased with the ultimate outcome of our experience. We dine out constantly and travel heavily. But like a unicorn, a service team member with Josephine's personality and professional attributes is a rare find. Our thanks to her and to the restaurant.

Came for a bottomless brunch tonight. Waste of two hours and of £70. Service was poor- rushed into deciding what we wanted to eat and then when eventually served our food was freezing. Me and my partner felt constantly ignored as there was bigger groups who were clearly prioritised. Drinks for them flowing every 5 minutes while we went almost 40 minutes without waitress even bothering to come over to our table. She literally walked past every time, seeing we had no drinks. She must not have liked our faces or the fact we only went for standard package. We also noticed that the bigger groups were notified when it came close to the end of their bottomless and then given additional drinks as well as free rounds of shots? I thought this was very unfair overall as we had paid for a good experience also but left with nothing but a bitter taste in our mouths of the service. I will also mention that we had to go to the bar ourselves to request drinks which I think is quite poor considering. Even when we did this we were told, I will somebody over… they didn’t. Either way it made us feel belittled and Would not reccomend the place to somebody I disliked. The ending to top it all of was us being rushed to leave our table as they had another booking. We were told this while trying to rush over last drink we begrudgingly received. Total rudeness and shit display of customer service.

I had the pleasure of ordering a waffle from Kaspa’s recently, and it was absolutely delightful! The waffle was perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside—with just the right balance of flavours loaded with banana and strawberry slices. What made the experience even more special was the thoughtful little note from the staff wishing me a Happy New Year. It’s these small but meaningful gestures that truly set Kaspa’s apart. <3 making me feel valued as a customer. Kaspa’s has undoubtedly earned its reputation as the "King of Desserts." With such an amazing first impression, I can’t wait to visit in person. Highly recommended!
