The best restaurants serving Italian food in England

I’ve been to the “cottage bar and bistro” twice in the last couple of weeks and have enjoyed the food on both occasions. I had the mussels to start followed by spaghetti with seafood. Both were nicely cooked with fresh seafood and very delicious. Previously I had calamari and sea-bass which were also lovely. The portion size was perfect for me. The service was efficient and the chef was able to offer an alternate for our friend who had specific dietary requirements. I will return as there are other dishes on the menu which I’d like to try.

We ordered fish and kebab and the food quality was very poor.

Over 20 of us visited to celebrate my 50th birthday and we had the best night! Food was amazing, service was excellent and the atmosphere was 10 out of 10. After our food, the music was turned up and we had the best night dancing away and had such fun with the waiters. Thank you to Puntos for making it such a special night. Highly recommend visiting this restaurant, you won’t be disappointed! A little gem that you must visit.

Lovely little restaurant, amazing food and friendly staff. Went here on a recommendation and so pleased we did. Delicious olives and the fish for main was perfect. We will certainly be returning very soon.

Had a great NYE meal there with the family, great service and fantastic food.

We love this place and visit often, but this weekend it was our wedding anniversary, the lovely ladies even brought us an anniversary card, it made us feel very special this was so sweet. The staff are always very welcoming, kind and professional, whenever we visit, and the food is always amazing and so fresh, Woburn Thai is definitely one of the best Thai restaurants we have ever been to.

It's a small, family run restaurant. The food and service are excellent. The a la carte price is also very reasonable. The lunch time set menu even more reasonable! Need to book another visit soon.

What an amazing gem of a place. We went for drinks and light bites and the food was amazing. Lovely atmosphere outside on a warm summers evening. We can’t wait to go again.

Amazing, authentic Italian food! Lovely, friendly staff and relaxing ambience and Italian feel. Would eat here all the time if it were local to us. Food was ample and not expensive, will definitely be visiting again.
