The best restaurants serving Italian food in England

Lamentablemente no tuvimos una buena experiencia en este restaurante. El servicio fue extremadamente desatenta, con las bebidas olvidadas. El eglefino era un pequeño trozo de pescado dentro de montañas de masa grasienta. Mi desierto de panacotta era horrible, completamente sólido y demasiado fraguado con claramente demasiada gelatina utilizada. Dejé todo y la camarera ni siquiera me preguntó cómo estaban nuestros desiertos. ¡Entonces tuvieron la mejilla de agregar un cargo por servicio a nuestra factura! Definitivamente no volvería.

On the off chance we popped on on a busy Saturday on bank holiday weekend . We’re lucky to get a table as the weather had been bad and it was quieter than expected. Owner was chatty and friendly, as were the staff. Food all delicious. Loved that I had a jug of lime to pour in my soda!

Fab evening spent in Little Italy. The restaurant has a wonderful ambience, with lovely atmosphere. The restaurant service is first class, proving a good selection of wine gorgeous food and excellent service.

Por dónde empezar ya que estoy perdido por las palabras para ser honesto. ¡Esta es la peor experiencia gastronómica que hemos tenido! Tanto los entrantes como los platos principales eran de mala calidad y no como se describe en el menú. Las gambas congeladas y los gamberoni no tenían sabor. El filete “plano” era como cuero de zapato (y muy poco) y las papas fritas parecían haberse recalentado y frito en aceite muy viejo. El pollo estaba muy seco con algunos tomates enlatados echados encima... no hay señales de queso o crema como prometieron en el menú. Ni rastro de hierbas italianas ni de ajo. Es horrible. Se sirve con papas hervidas pequeñas de 2 v y verduras congeladas. Pagamos 45 libras y nos robaron. Simplemente no puedo creer que caímos en las grandes críticas. Supongo que todos tienen diferentes estándares de calidad y nunca volveremos.

Look to be quite honest, any Uber or pizza place which doesn’t take the restaurant off the app and still takes your money is a super disgrace lost a lot of respect for this place and word-of-mouth is karma in a nutshell.

Best garlic bread I have tasted. Following pasta main course high quality. Add great ambience and you have the perfect lunch. Seek this place out. You will not be disappointed.

Incredible brunch. Popped in before shopping in town, foragers eggs so yummy! Was nice to interact with the chef too, I believe his name was Mark! Thank you!

I went to caravaggio for lunch this afternoon I had a lovely mixed fish skewers with Lobster sauce I highly recommend Caravaggio restaurant in Camberwell Moreover the staff members are lovely, they are so friendly and professional I loved this experience once again in caravaggio, I am coming back very soon. A nice and cozy place to enjoy some fine Italian food in Didsbury. The fresh ingredients and the taste of good food and flavours is something you can go back with. Some vegetarian options and plenty of sea food options. Worth a definite visit

Ate at this gorgeous traditional restaurant on New Years Eve , the food was piping hot and outstanding , lovely staff , overall a gem of a place

Had lunch today with 5 friends. The servers were both so miserable it was unbelievable. Over priced over rated and disappointing. Will not be returning

This restaurant moved from the ground floor to the first floor to accommodate renovations. It’s now in a windowless room that, while nicely decorated, is quite claustrophobic and can get loud when it’s crowded. The restaurant also seems understaffed. While everyone is friendly and nice, the staff seem overwhelmed. You have to ask for things several times before it gets done, and it took a very long time for someone to come take my order. Overall, not a seamless experience and not something I would expect from the Four Seasons.

I booked a table for 9 teens to celebrate my daughter's 16th. It was a booked for Sunday at 6:30pm. Just before 5pm I drove by and saw that it was closed. I Called 3 time and no one answered the phone. Was when I checked their website and saw it doesn't open on Sundays. Very confused wodering if I had been scamed and with 9 kids to feed after their bday activity, I felt lucky enough to find a last minute table at another restaurant. Two days after the manager called me screaming and insulting me becasue I didn't show up to the booking. I tried to explain to him from my perspective and he wouldn't have none of it. He is an ignorante and discussing man. He said they open at 5:30 on Sundays throughout December, but after calling and checking their openning times on their website, I did what any mother would do by finding alternative arrangements. I felt he handled the situation very badly.

Wonderful establishment. Atmospheric, traditional, service led ethos, professional staff……..and of course the food is always exceptional (across 20 years of patronage). Please, please continue to maintain those wonderful attributes.

This is the nicest restaurant run but the kindest people. The food was amazing and so tasty, the pasta was delicious- felt like i really was in Positano! They were even able to cater around my mums extensive dietary issues (both gluten and dairy free). i would 100% recommend the bruschetta!!
