Myself husband and son visited this restaurant today Saturday 30th November, we didn’t have a booking, it was quite busy but there was plenty of empty tables, we stood and waited to be greeted by someone for at least 5mins and when they did come I’ve never met a man so rude in all my life! He told me I’d have to wait at least 20 minutes with an aggressive attitude and that I would have to stand at the bar I said no it’s ok and he stormed off muttering under his breath with his hands in the air, this gentleman is quite clearly in the wrong job and definitely not an asset to this business I would never return just because of his attitude

Great service, Tom was really helpful explaining all the coeliac options available to us. The pizzas were amazing, hot and tasty. Would definitely recommend and come back. The service was great from start to finish.

One of the very few places worth coming in Union square. Food and service are actually really good, unlike most chains in the shopping centre. Nice atmosphere too. worth taking advantage of their lunch deal

Had been here a few times in the past but not for a good few years, we had always enjoyed the food in the past but standards have slipped badly. I had the Parfait di pollo to start and it was the worst pate I have ever had, could not even finish it as it was so ba, I then had the Hawaiian pizza which which had an unusual taste and was nothing special, my wife said her meal was okay but bland. The floor and our table were covered in crumbs and we were there at evening opening time so that must have been left since lunchtime, disgusting! The service was nothing very special either and was if they couldn't be bothered. Also quite expensive making it a worse experience so we won't be back as there are plenty of other proper delicious Italian restaurants to go to.

Amazing value- special offer pre 7 pm for delicious pizzas at £7. This was nearly half price for asome. Probably the tastiest and crispest Pizza base I've ever had.

Especiales de cena - un arte perdido hace mucho tiempo. Pizza, guarniciones de tiras de pollo y cuñas de patata todo sabroso. Excelente atención al cliente. Cook vino a vernos. Apreciado.

This was not great, not very clean and bad service, and found a hair in my daughters food, also the menu wasn’t accurate, and missed stuff of on my daughters food.

I recently had the misfortune of dining experience here, and it was, without a doubt, the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. The food portions were shockingly small, and the taste was subpar. To add insult to injury, the restaurant's "2 courses for £24" offer was misleading. The staff failed to communicate the exceptions and conditions attached to the deal, leading to confusion and an unexpected total bill of £30. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this to anyone. The combination of poor food quality, inadequate portion sizes, and deceptive marketing practices makes it a place to avoid. *Rating:* 1/5 stars

Vinimos solo para el desierto anoche y en cuestión de segundos nos recibieron en la puerta y nos mostraron a una mesa acogedora. Izabel era amable y hospitalario, muy bueno en su trabajo ☺️ los dos tuvimos las tortitas de arándanos y estaban deliciosos.

My daughter and I had dinner before going to the theatre. The service was excellent and the food was good too. The waiter could not have been more attentive without being intrusive. Top marks to him. Sorry I did not get his name otherwise I could have given him a personal mention.
