Amazing service. Very attentive and super quick. I ordered Miso, to my surprise this was given complementary. Followed by Yellow Tail sashimi and spicy tuna roll. The yellow tail was soft, succulent and melt in the mouth and the spicy tuna roll was everything you’d expect. Great food, in a lovely restaurant, with outstanding service. Happy customer.

Lunch from Ke Sushi really hit the spot. Service was incredibly efficient and dishes very comforting—just what we needed on this cold winter day. Tempura fried prawns and grilled eel were particularly good

We have dined in once a year ago and the food and service was pretty good. We tried the salmon sushi yet and a sashimi don. The salmom set is okay but the sashimi on the don was so thin I dont think I have seen anything like that before.

Awful.The food was off, and it has put me off eating salmon after the terrible experience that I had at this place.Do not recommend.It was also expensive and not worth the price with slow service.

Loved it! Ordered in lock down v2 and didn’t have to wait long to get our order ready. Every dish was incredibly good, the rolls, the chicken teriyaki, tempura and tori kara age. We will definitely come back and try more food, it’s been one of the best meals we have had in lock down.

This restaurant is definitely one of the best Japanese restaurants in London. I really enjoyed their lunch box. It has got everything you want. The quality was excellent. It was super fresh and I could tell they really care. Pleasant atmosphere with professional service makes me want to go back. I will definitely be back soon! Thank you!

I ordered this every other Friday at work and it was great every single time - would high recommend!

I recently visited Itsu in Richmond and had a thoroughly disappointing experience. Not only was I charged for food that I never received, but the staff were exceptionally rude when I brought the issue to their attention. Their lack of professionalism and customer service was astonishing. I won’t be returning and would caution others to be wary of this location.
