What a great evening we had at the Shaam restaurant. We were given a warm welcome and brought glasses for our wine straight away Salom was our waiter and he proved to be an excellent. He took time to listen to the kind of food we liked and helped us to choose from the menu. We each choose a different dish, they were all delicious and came without a long wait. The portions were just right and well presented. I would defiantly recommend this restaurant..

We always visit during our holiday break to Birmingham. We love it, the food is delicious and the service is first class. On our last visit with the kids we had an accident with our daughter’s drink and the staff were so quick to move us to another table seamlessly bringing our food and drinks over. Well done to you guys.

This is a KEBAB shop. This is not a lebanese restaurant. I love lebanese. They didn’t know what a Kibbeh is, I ordered and they charged me for falafel and Halloumi only turned up with falafel. Then went “Shopping” at 23:45 for Halloumi and came back 15 minutes later, although to be fair offered a refund but still no Halloumi….Told them to keep the money. I was sold pup…:

So disappointed with the quality of the food here. I ordered a takeaway of falafel, veg skewer and a burger meal. The meat in the burger had bit of bone and chewie tendon 🤮 but the main issue was it was so salty! Veg skewer was a waste of money. One mushroom half a tomato, pepper and an onion. Falafel was a little salty too but otherwise ok. Sorry I have to be honest.
