Myself and my partner ate here last night for my birthday. Our waitress was Monica who was attentive and advised us impeccably with our food choices. Her service skills were exemplary. The ambience was on point as usual and the food, consisting of fresh ingredients, was flawless. Benoir runs a very tight ship and is a total professional. We could not give any of the experience less than 5 stars. We will be back.

Warm friendly atmosphere with excellent food and service. Also dog friendly.

Weekend bit too pricey but weekdays is amazing, happy hour was the best. And set menu food was delicious. Definitely visiting from Mon to Fri is well worth the 💰

The best places never deliver. This is one of those places. The kebabs are fabulous. The donor meat is tender and yummy, thin strips with no hard bits of bone, the chicken is tender and flavoursome and the beef is nice. All char grilled right in front of you. The salad is top notch. Fresh and cut perfectly, serverd with salt and lemon juice. This is always a good sign of a proper kebab house. If you can buy a kebab from here and not finish it there is something wrong lol I have an eating disorder and I plough these beauties down to the paper, nan and all. Chilly sauce is beautiful compliment to the meat and veg and a generous amount but you can ask and get it on the side in a tub. I'm not a kebab meat fan but this place is something different. If you don't walk or drive down and give this place a try.. your missing out. Id give ten stars if possible. Perfect best donor kebab 🥙🍢 ☺️😎👌🏼

Have been several times always warm welcome and great food. Went today, Sunday for lunch, lovely as always but disappointed that the roast on offer was only chicken or the gammon. The gammon was an option but was on the menu with egg and chips. Having had several ham salads this week in the warm weather, I was looking forward to beef, lamb or pork as my roast. Chicken is the cheap option and therefore made it not quite as special. We eat lots of chicken through the week. For two it’s sometimes not worth cooking a roast. For £16 for the main course I would have expected a better choice, certainly based on my previous visits. The chicken was tasty and good quantity, however just not the same as a nice roasted joint. If returning, would certainly ask ahead what was on the menu if going again for Sunday lunch.

Don’t go here. I spent £65, they didn’t deliver the right stuff and blamed the driver for taking the food.

Went to “the glade” for breakfast. The food is of great quality. Paying for the atmosphere and decoration as well, which is alright. Otherwise a bit overpriced.

This place is very atmospheric and charming inside. It makes an impression, but the food is bland, without a distinct taste, not seasoned, it tastes like a hospital dinner. The portions are very small and the prices are disproportionately high.

Great Arabic restaurant in Kent. I have never eaten better food than the mix kebab. I highly recommend it if you want to eat Original Arabic food. For me it's just the bomb💣

10/10. We had a lovely 3 course meal this evening. Very friendly staff. We had the mixed grill and vegetarian moussaka stew. Lovely baklava for pudding!

We went today 11/11/24 to celebrate my birthday. On arrival the waiter was just taking drinks and, he welcomed us and explained he would be with us in a minute. On return he welcomed us with excellent hospitality and asked if we wanted to eat inside or out. As it was an excellent day we decided to eat outside. They laid the table and left us to look at menu. The waitress came back and took our order. They were very attentive as I have a fish allergy and my friend is vegetarian. We had starters ,main course and dessert, all the food we ordered was to an outstanding standard, not one negative to be mentioned. The staff are a credit to this hotel/ restaurant and have tremendous customer service. If this was the service we received dining, then staying here must be an exceptional experience. Thank you for making my birthday an awesome day. Sorry forgot to take photos of mains .
