Had an amazing meal of nachos, cocktails, burritos and churros. Georgina was a fabulous hostess. I am gutted to hear the restaurant will be closing, I adore coming and will be sad not to be able to come again.

Awful . Booked a table for 12, was asked if we could pre order food to ensure all dishes were available and avoid the disappointment of ordering something on the night that was unavailable. Having pre ordered in advance I then had to call to advise party size was down to ten. We arrived on time and were left standing at front of house for 15 minutes with no one coming over to take us to our table. In the end we had to collar one of the waiting staff. We were taken to our table and told to order drinks direct at the bar as it would be quicker . I advised the waitress again that two people could not make it and she asked what dishes they had ordered so that they wouldn’t be served. We then waited for over an hour before finally getting food. The food was average at best and mostly lukewarm. No apologies for the delay or poorly heated dishes. All of this was accompanied by the worst DJ in history . The sound system was faulty so kept shorting out with a lot of electrical feedback and the guy just ran a loop of about six songs. When we asked for the bill they attempted to charge us for the four dishes that had been cancelled. Utter shambles .

Room clean and cosy and not noisy being next to the road, bed very comfy , friendly welcome and booked for dinner and breakfast, dinner my steak cooked perfectly , burger amazing compliments to chef for all food. Would stay again. Thank you 😊

We've been going here for years and it's always been good food, some times you have to wait a bit as staff changes quite alot we went yesterday and ordered 4 mojitos and they were the worst, just soda water a glass of crushed ice and mint and that's how it tasted, we complained and they took them away and when they came back you could taste the bacardi but no lime or sugar syrup simply the worst cocktail and they put an extra £18 on the bill at the end for the extra bacardi, we won't be going back

The service was quick, the food was fantastic and staff are very friendly. Strongly recommend going here for first class food.

Food was very tasty and served really nice. Stevie brings great and friendly atmosphere to this place! We spent very nice afternoon with my boyfriend and for sure we will come back again! Lovely experience!

We visited here as a family and loved it. We are local to Penrith and this place never fails to impress us. I had the prawn fajitas and crumbed jalapeños- both were incredible (as always). Couldn’t fault the staff- friendly and kept checking in with us. Definitely worth a visit!

Officially the worse food I've ever ordered in a restaurant, sent the cold pork nachos back only to receive another portion cold and wet, wine was poor and overpriced. Felt sorry for the staff who were taking food back from a lot of tables, poor.

Tenía las patatas fritas cargadas de calor americanas pero intercambié chorizo con el pollo tirado. The food was lovely. After my plate was taken away I sat and waited to order a dessert. Despite catching the attention of the waiting staff after over 30 minutes of waiting I gave it up as a bad job and went to the bar to ask for the bill. I asked for the service charge to be removed due to the wait but was not asked why. Disappointing, as the initial service was good, and the restaurant seemed to quieten down as the evening went on so it was strange

Alimentos y bebidas de calidad razonable a precios razonables. Decepcionado por la salsa que era más como un puré de tomate. El servicio era muy amable.

I have to be honest - I’ve ordered from Toluca tonight. Half the order didn’t show up. They didn’t pick up the phone. They called back said sorry ask for a refund but they weren’t interested in delivering the food. That’s all we wanted. Never ordering again!
