The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in East Hertfordshire East of England

Having lazily searched the High Street and failed to find a McDonalds I was so glad I did. I had the vegetable omelette which comes with a small salad and pita bread. It was probably the best omelette I have ever eaten! I washed it all down with a small pot of tea, which also hit the mark. Lovely, friendly staff / owners/ chef. Very good value for money. Highly recommended.

Fabulous find. Lovely food all fresh and no additives. Great coffee Smashing staff and service . Perhaps some would say expensive but you get what you pay for . Rather pay extra for good service and ambience and lovely artisan food. Third visit and will certainly return

The best food. Freshly cooked to order. Best sausages for miles. Best bubble. Fresh Doorstep bread. Friendly fast effecient sevice. Value for money beats all other cafes. Always nice and clean.

Great couples bar - landlady is very friendly does great tricks with beer mats and corkscrew - never seen anything like it

Went for a drink on the Halloween themed evening. The landlord had put a great Halloween display with moving models etc but the best part was the 4 skeletons drinking beer on a table outside the pub. Great display I'm told he does a display at Christmas etc. Great atmosphere!

Best pub live music venue in Herfordshire!. Primal Replay playing there last night for a Halloween gig. Staff all dressed up as well as the band an amazing place , big open space, uber firendly staff and great drinks/food. Deffo try it out!.

Christmas dinner in a cosy warm environment with a great atmosphere. The food was top notch, sirloin cooked to perfection with all the usual trimmings 👌…. so good we came back Boxing Day 👍🏽 Would highly recommended if you’re in the area…. and if you’re not in the area it’s well worth the trip😁

A fabulous night out with a group of friends, the food was amazing - my confit duck was perfect and others raved about their food. But… what made our evening special was the service and Tabitha led it all for us - well done Lussmans , powered by Tabitha

Once again delicious food excellenty cooked.Arrive with a good appetite or you will struggle to get through the large portions of each course.Staff very friendly and accommodating.All in all a wonderful meal served with gusto.Book to avoid disappointment.

Warm welcome and lovely meal. We spent a lovely lunchtime at the star and really enjoyed our meal. The pub has a lovely welcoming atmosphere made even better by a family celebrating ‘nan’s 70th’ on the next table. My beer battered haddock was the freshest, largest imaginable and my wife’s liver and bacon very well presented and extremely tasty. Apart from our Christmas dinner one of the best meals we’ve had in the Stortford area for ages. Thank you -a real star!

The cheese selection is second to none, the beer v good, amazing wine and the best service from Donna and the team!!!!
