Great place to visit, service can be slow but it is a busy pub which is great to see

It's very rare im blown away, especially with shisha bars/reataurants. I'm from out of town and came with my brothers. This place has amazing food, amazing atmosphere and amazing service. Nothing is too much, the staff really make the place. The food is gorgeous. 10/10 I recommend.

I really appreciate how, all staff, was paying attention to my food allergy. Everyone was really nice. I loved the food, and I thank you for it to the kitchen stuff, and it was a such a good energy around. Literally forgot about the travelling stress 😉. We arrived late and the bartenders refused to take our order although they closed the line after we arrived. After some negotiations they accepted to let us buy some sandwiches but refused to heat them up. Also, the sandwiches at the end of the day are not tasty.

Started from not clearing the tables. We asked 5 times and the kid actually said that will do. Table remained dirty. We had the breakfast and omelettes runny and lightly cooked. They came out in piecemeal - no beans and both the breakfast and omelettes were truly cremated . We had to chase for all bits of the breakfast. Toast had margarine - who uses that??? Staff were incompetent and provided no service. Could not see anyone taking any responsibility. Although the bakery looks amazing I. Terms of products. I did not risk it. I would NOT recommend or maybe this is acceptable in Luton??? Would avoid completely.

I’m vegan and ordered the Chocolate Custard donut, one of the few vegan ones, along with a different one for my daughter. We planned to eat them on the plane. Unfortunately for me, they had put a Chocolate Dreamcake in my bag, which isn’t vegan, and as we were about to land in Majorca, it was my daughter’s gain. Very annoying and a very expensive waste.

Service getting a lot worse,most of the items on the menu they have on got. Some had some soup today which normally come with bread and butter ,but not today . Enquiry about and got a snappy answer No . Better of going to Ms Donald just across the way. Nicer food and BETTER customer service.
