Rude customer service. Turned up to the counter to have the cashier oblivious to waiting customers as he was preoccupied with his phone. I asked him to change one of the doughnuts and he huffed and puffed. Made to feel like a nuisance.

I frequently shop at the Liverpool Street Station branch and they have a wonderful selection. I have just one moan about this company and it drives me nuts - for some reason their labels do not name the cheese. Many times I've bought something wonderful home and been asked what it is and can't for the life of me remember. Surely it's no great technical feat to print out the name of the cheese on the label or receipt?

Popped in for a quick coffee and a nice chocolate bar as I was awaiting my coach home so had some time to spare the young man that served me was friendly, polite very efficient service and made me feel welcome with a nice little bit of a chat whilst I sat in with my latte 😀 great experience definitely recommend

Por desgracia, el Ebury está ahora cerrado, después de más de 50 años. Que realmente se pierda este exclusivo bar de vinos y restaurante, pequeño y especialmente Alan, Trent y todo el resto del personal que hizo que un lugar tan acogedor.

Only stayed for one drink, but nice pub, enjoyed our visit.

Desperate for a warm drink after a charity walk through London. My friend and I had spent 8 hours walking 30 miles. We were cold, exhausted and in need of warmth. This unit was grubby, at best. The staff entirely lacklustre, no sense of urgency or anything remotely resembling customer service. In fact it felt our order (at 6:45pm?) was a huge inconvenience to them. No eye contact, no engagement, our drinks were just plonked in front of us, without a word uttered. Our hot drinks were OK, nothing remarkable but the sweet warmth was very welcome

Acabo de tomar el café más quemado de mi vida. Un desperdicio de 4 libras para que sepa tan acuoso y como una rebanada de tostada en una bebida. Era un blanco plano

Highly recommeded this place for coffee/tea and salty snacks. We took quiches and they were fresh and very tasty. The decoration of the place was cosy.

En un momento importante para alejarse de los productos de un solo uso, la dirección de ole y steen en esta tienda declara orgullosamente que ya no usan tazas de cerámica - "solo en 3 sucursales", dicen. ¿No está seguro de si esto es para reducir el tiempo dedicado a recoger / lavar / procesar los conjuntos de cerámica? - Esto sería consistente con la cara frontal de la empresa de este exasperado equipo de 3 aparentemente fuera de sus pies a pesar de solo 3 clientes en toda la tienda en este momento. We were disappointed by the coffee and food offering at the nearby Tate so were pleased to chance upon this cafe not far away. We enjoyed a very nice coffee. The sandwiches looked very good but we didn't try them this time. We would definitely return.

This is my first review on tripadvisor, and well needed as the service is atrocious. I ordered a birthday cake 2 weeks ago, choosing a delivery slot of 8-12. While on the school run, I receive a 15min warning that the delivery will be attempted. We of course cannot make our way back so quickly and end up missing the driver. Now I have paid for the cake and have a zoom birthday planned, but no cake. Thank you Cutter and Squidge for ruining my husband’s birthday. DO NOT ORDER!
