Best customer service I received in a while. Hats off to Ishak h sat us down with a warm welcome and took really good care if us. The food was amazing as well and would definitely recommend their pastry.

We had a flat white from this branch of the chain and it was a little hot maybe but still a very good cup of coffee. Prices are a bit higher than some other places.

Great food and great customer service. Came to an event nearby and the place looked too good not to visit. Very satisfied with my experience.

Este pub tiene un poco de todo. Un enorme despliegue de cervezas y licores de todos los lugares , una amplia selección en su menú . Muy amplio , 2 plantas y un jardín de cerveza . No hay alfombras en el suelo, pero madera en su lugar y una decoración increíble. Solía ser un negocio de impresión y un banco también. En el sótano estaba la caja fuerte. Bonito rollo , personal muy amable y fácilmente mimado por elección . Recomendaría a mis amigos Harrild and Sons para una alternativa.

We had a great snack at Tom's Kitchen, brilliant deli. We had a cappuccino each and an Oreo biscuit cooked inside a white chocolate cookie, very unusual and very tasty. Very reasonably priced, would go again. Would recommend it to anyone. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My mum is in a wheelchair and staff helped me find the door to go in and hold it open for us. Wheelchair accessible entrance and toilets. Great atmosphere and view outside of Somerset House courtyard with fountains. Great location, just off The Strand and near Charing cross station.

Thank god they kicked out that awful woman she was ruining the atmosphere. Lovely coffee and nice food. Great atmosphere until a very loud woman came in recording herself. Staff delt with her immediately though.

En Francia esta empresa hace un gran pan de masa madre y lo han hecho durante mucho tiempo. Pero no estoy seguro de que la masa madre marrón sepa tan bien como en París. También era un poco denso para mí. También traje el pastel de jengibre que es muy recomendable por otros pero no me gustó. La mitad del pan de jengibre liaf permaneció en la bolsa durante semanas, ya que mi familia no estaba interesada en él. Los cruasanes sin embargo son muy buenos. Notes Moorgate This whole experience was almost like a training exercise in how not to treat paying customers. We were a group of four and I would have been happy to complain very much more at the time but it was awkward to at the time. The booking was very poor. Phone calls failed to get a table was told to book online. Did so but got no response so repeated it a day later. Email then came back and confirmed. But we needn’t have bothered. Our reception was casual as if we were unexpected. Casual point to a free table. No reservation sign but then very few customers. This should have set bells ringing. Waitress seemed irritated when we weren’t ready to order. Our order was incomplete and we had to ask for confirmation of her memory. Of the three starting plates one arrived at the very end as we were almost about to pay. Nachos had been prepared and left in cooker/ grill. This was the high point. Nachos were baked soft. Cheese melted into nothing. Bowl was so it burnt the hand of our friend. There had been no warning. He had to go and run cold water on it in the bathroom and came back and kept it moist with a serviette. Oil and bread came with toasted pieces. Toasted probably meant it was stale but who knows. The rest of the food was mediocre at best. Yes we ate it and we had a 60 minute slot before the concert. But timing was not something we needed to worry about - we had a prompt to say kitchen was closing soon. The wine was very acceptable- so not all bad but then that wasn’t made or ruined by the delivery. Never been to one of these coffee shops before and probably - No definitely- never coming to one again.
