Ok so it was definitely my fault. I went in with a Groupon voucher at 3.45pm wanting lunch or afternoon tea for two. I had no prior appointment but I was there with my bestie. The receptionist explained that lunch was over in 15 mins and asked if I’d like to book an appointment for another day. My heart sank. My friend had come all the way down from Buckinghamshire for lunch. We had not caught up in four years. It would be a shame to have to look for a new venue at this time. Florine is consulted (hope I got the name right?) and he comes out with a big smile, apologising profusely (apology???). He explained that the afternoon tea section would be closed in 10 minutes and rather than us rush our lunch and not enjoy it, would we mind if he set it up in the bar so we could take full advantage of the two hours allocated and enjoy our afternoon tea which he promised to set up himself as the chef was finishing his shift. We followed him to the lovely bar where he set up a secluded corner for us and we had a lovely, serene afternoon tea complete with three refills of Prosecco. IT WAS LIKE HAVING YOUR OWN PRIVATE SERVICE BY THE M’AITRE D. As usual The scones were heavenly , the cakes delicate and fresh and the sandwiches moist and filling. I have had my afternoon tea here six times now and will continue to have all my lunch dates there. The staff are delightful and FLORINE went above and beyond today Wednesday 3rd August 2022 with his kindness and excellent service. In these post covid days service like this must be appreciated. Firstly Caffe Nero is my hands down favourite of the Big Four coffe chains, and this branch is 100% undoubtedly the best of the bunch! The staff are super polite and anticipate all my needs and more, going above the call of duty, every time. It has become like a second home when I am in central London. Perfect for hot-desking, business meetings, a quick bite, a lazy lunch or just relaxing Very impressed with the atmosphere and music as well which makes for an all round excellent experience. And lastly as a solo customer I feel like my possessions are 100% safe when I go outside for a phonecall or to the toilet. Ten out of ten!

as Always food and drink cheap and cheerful, excellent service staff always happy to help. for example a typical round of drinks for 4 was £15.00 anywhere else £32.00 +, need i say more.

Un parque bonito en pleno centro de Marbella. De allí se llega al parque con las estatuas de Dalí y al paseo marítimo.

I haven't been to this branch before. Like the one that used to be in the West End it is small and a bit spartan but it does have a toilet downstairs. There is seating for maybe 8 at the rear and tiny tables. The coffee was very nice.

Sirven cafés bien hechos, buenos pasteles y aperitivos y el servicio es excelente. Es solo pequeño, pero esto crea un ambiente agradable. Estuvimos allí hace un par de semanas y Jude Law entró con su esposa. !

Así que tuvimos una noche perversa en este lugar el viernes, llegamos alrededor de las 7, 30 se quedaron mucho más tarde de lo que estábamos planeando. La comida era un poco normal también fría y tomó un tiempo solo queja, el portero era de primera categoría, la chica en forma Djing mantuvo las melodías fluidas y el personal también fue amable. El área de pinball era demasiado ruidosa a veces, los chicos gritaban y mimaban un poco nuestra noche. Pero no lo suficiente como para evitar que regresemos, ¿alguien sabe de alguna promoción de bebidas por favor?

This is a great pub, pub food, decent beer, restaurant is upstairs and it was first come for seating. The place had a fantastic atmosphere, was clean food was good, and the staff were good, they were very busy. Worth a visit.

£ 7 . 40 para dos babyccinos. No capuchinos. Babyccinos. £ 7. 40 , y no convencerlos de lo contrario. Y a los niños ni siquiera les gustaban. Aparentemente el único café en el mundo que ve babyccinos como un ejercicio de aumento de precios. Y tienen la osadía de presentarse como un restaurante de barrio que necesita el apoyo de la comunidad. Gasta tu dinero en otra parte.

One of the finest meals we have had in London. We enduldged in the tasting menu. The service and cuisine was subperb and the Concode themed atmospehre was delightful, even down to the restrooms.

We came the other day, on Sunday 3 of March, around 7pm for the first time after being recommended to go to check out the red room. It was my daughter’s birthday and we wanted to get a few drinks. The place was lovely but the whole experience was let down by the waiter, who served us. This young gentleman completely ruined our evening by showing no manners, and in fact we could describe him as being passive aggressive maniac. No sign of a smile or any welcoming emotions came from him towards the guests. This is supposed to be a high end place to visit and relax. He practically just snatched our drinks from our hands whilst I was still drinking. We never experienced anything like that before. We will not be back and we will make sure that our friends will not visit this hostile place.

Really nice, 50's style without being too over the top. Nice drinks and great, relaxed area down stairs. A great place to go with friends.

Très bon resto pour dej sur le pouce . On mange sain et équilibré. Le personnel est adorable et l’ambiance très décontractée.

Mi sobrina y yo vinimos a almorzar y disfrutamos del lugar inmensamente. La comida era muy sabrosa, el servicio era muy rápido y amable. Nos gustó el ambiente relajante también.

I stopped at Juva U and ordered an American coffee just to rest because I have a broken foot and I walk with a crutch so I sat on the terrace and there the waiter came to my table. Asked to leave aggressively in front of other customers. ..he explains to me that these places are for those who smoke shisha... while there was no one there, 2 tables occupied the rest is completely empty!! so I explained to him that I only wanted to stay 5 minutes because my foot hurt and that if there were customers arriving, I would leave the place immediately... but he didn't want to know anything so he told me refunded! you can’t imagine the humiliation in front of people! I often come to this cafe but frankly there has been a big change since then, this waiter is unpleasant and he has no sense of humanity.
