Typical high quality London chic. Excellent food not much nod to allergens though for dairy and pulse free. Knowledgeable about wines with an expectation that people will take time to enjoy the meal. A very pleasant experience.

The manager (the short one with the glasses) is blatantly racist. Not only can you tell by his behaviour from how he treated us, but a staff member told us that they heard him make a derogatory comment about black people. But he's happy to make money from people of colour. Disgraceful that this still happens in this day and age, with all the awareness of equality! Shame on him. On top of this, the stafff were running down another member of staff out loud in front of us customers. That was in very bad taste, and not professional or loyal.

Quando entramos no local, as minhas filhas adoraram. Nunca tinha comido massa de bolo mas adorei! Quando nós fomos pedir vimos diversos sabores e até foi difícil escolher. Esse café é ideal para famílias, parece uma aventura!

While packed in the crowd in Westfield, we always stop at Sacred, very good service, excellent espresso and a space to sit and reinvigorate before going back to the shopping madness.

Really like this place for a few drinks, it's very cosy, has a real open fire and it's great to have a few pints or a glass of wine, however i wasn't blown away by the menu and actual food.

We had the worst sausage baps we’ve ever had. A miserly amount of black burned & dried out sausages burnt to a pulp. This is our second bad experience here. It’s a great shame because it’s in a lovely location but avoid.

Chocolate caliente (sabía como si estuviera hecho con agua) y café con leche (abrumadoramente jengibre), así que seguí con una reseña. Suministró la documentación solicitada. 3 semanas después han perseguido dos veces y todavía no han tenido la cortesía de una respuesta mucho menos un reembolso. Realmente mala experiencia desde la comida hasta la respuesta corporativa. Hacer mejor, porque el cliente ciertamente puede.

I had the worst experience, I planned to have nice brunch here with my friends but was interrupted by the manager sophiat screaming and verbally abusing his employees this is not a proper business that deserves anyone’s money if that is how he speaks to his employees really disappointed as I heard really good reviews but was shocked at the terrible service will not be returning and would not recommend to anyone going .

Went here yesterday for sit down drink with my son. When I visited the toilet the stench was incredibly bad - stale urine. The toilet cubicle was filthy. Avoid if possible!

Gail Hammersmith se pone muy ocupado los fines de semana especialmente , largas colas al menos todo el tiempo que hemos estado aquí - los precios están por las nubes y el servicio no es genial y las colas siempre son largas . En esta ocasión el servidor apareció nuevo, lo cual está bien, pero incluso después de repetir la orden y pedir un golpe para llevar cobrado por comer y por el artículo equivocado a un precio más alto. Esperé el segundo artículo que no llegó y cuando lo pedí me dijo dónde está su recibo - no lo tenía como cuando la señora corrigió la orden que lo guardó - le mostré mi transacción de Apple Pay, pero ella dijo que el pedido no estaba en el sistema - el servidor que me atendió confirmó que había pagado por 2 artículos - ella hizo un gran alboroto humillándome con los clientes en espera. Para añadir a esto en lugar de reembolsarme por el pedido que no recibí, ella me cobró por ello de nuevo - La gente revisa tus recibos y normalmente rechazo mis recibos para ahorrar en papel y si no tienes uno asumen que no pagaste - Finalmente un caballero hizo un reembolso y se disculpó - en reflexión reembolso era por doble cargo, pero todavía pagué por un artículo que no me sirvieron. Gail's en los últimos meses lo único que está subiendo es sus precios y no el alto nivel de servicio y calidad de su bien - lástima, ya que esta era nuestra parada de fin de semana de café y desayuno regular.
