Lovely staff. Not too busy and there is more seating in the back. Very quaint place with lovely wooden beam ceilings. I had the green tea but they do have vegan products but they had sold out. Great place for snacks and sweets! Just off the high street.

Not as big as most Fullers pubs and a limited menu. Having said that, all the items on the menu looked very tempting. We ordered hummus (with pitta and black olives) and a charcuterie board for 2. Both were delicious and good value. Both the ladies behind the bar were really helpful and pleasant (this is not a given in central London pubs). One helped us take our supper to the upstairs "Wine Room" - a very quiet oasis of a room. A very nice evening. We wnat to go back to try the toasties and the Scotch eggs.

The feed is good and the schnitzel was better than expected. The staff are nice, friendly and attentive. The price is relatively reasonable for the location. The atmosphere is nice and the tables are well distanced which adds to the experience.

My brother and his family were visiting from abroad and I decided to take them for a quick bite to eat after walking all day. We were turned away because of my infant nephew whom was by the way, 3 years old and sleeping in his chair. It is incredible that a city like London still have businesses in its centre town, have a no children policy.

Carlos B was great, the service was lovely and very personable, and the food was good.

I went on a Saturday for brunch and it was amazing, there was such a good vibe and staff were amazing! However I went on a Friday for the DJ and it was awful. We just turned up and they did not want to do the bottomless, it was empty in the place and they were not bothered. Would not recommend a Friday but i reccomend a Saturday.

One of the few remaining pubs in Walthamstow. This is the last one in the market. Good range of beers and choice of food . Interior is shabby chic but nice. Recommend and will be back

This pub is one of the loveliest pubs in Uxbridge, just off the main town centre, and also has the best staff. My friend recommended this pub to me and it has one of the nicest rose wines I have ever had. I also managed to lose my coat here and the staff kept it safe for me, even recognising me to let me know I lost it. I definitely need to come back to this pub in the future to try their menu! 🍷🍝

La grosería del personal está aumentando. Hemos vivido en Islington durante muchos años y comido y tomado café aquí muchas veces. Cada vez son más groseros. No hay alimentos con gluten disponible ahora y cuando se imprime en el código qr para obtener información no funcionó. Así que el personal era hosco y poco servicial. No tiene sentido ir más. Este es claramente un lugar infeliz para trabajar y la comida es increíblemente cara para lo que es. Muchas tiendas de la calle superior son sonrientes y acogedoras. El euforio se va por el desagüe.

I was headed to a show at the Pleasance, so booked The Depot for something to eat. The Depot turns out to be right next door to the Pleasance - of course, I must have realised that when I booked it, but it was months ago. I had to go down the end to find a door that opened - and it's a barn of a place, a bare wooden floor, a mezzanine, and plenty of tables. I grabbed a staff member, who immediately told me where my table was - no need to book that night, it seemed. I decided on the chicken schnitzel, and went up to the bar to order. Lovely, friendly staff. It was tasty - the dips with it weren't up to much, just ketchup and regular mayo, but the ketchup went well with the chunky chips. I'd have stayed on - and indeed, the wine was tastier, and cheaper, than in the theatre bar - but I didn't want to leave it too long to go over. Excellent spot, though!

Visitado aquí después de las compras de anillos de boda, no reservamos (sábado), pero por suerte no estaba tan ocupado. El pub en sí es moderno y limpio, tenía una gran variedad para el almuerzo. Mi pareja y yo acabamos de tener unos cuantos mordiscos, lo que era ideal. Gran lugar!

Wednesday night, most seats are taken in a the cosy upstairs bar, candles on the table, chat at every table. No TVs, no games machines, no one on their phone - just drinks and chat and how-do-you-do (and good food if that’s your game). It’s 175 years since Betsey first appeared in David Copperfield. If Dickens walked in here today, he’d think the world hadn’t changed so much.

El mucho estaba delicioso, pero el servicio bastante pobre , el hecho nuestro pedido Un Ravioli y un filete de Bavette, después de una espera de 25 minutos , quería que se sirvieran 9 mesas que llegaron a leat 15 minutos después que nosotros , cuando pregunto al camarero por qué lo dijo porque pedimos un filete ? ? Así no es como se ejecuta una cocina que cocina por encargo, parecía que la cocina estaba más preocupada por enviar los especiales de días y dejó fuera podría agregar más caro hasta el final. Una vez más cuando le pregunté al servidor por qué simplemente dijo que no lo sé y que mi respuesta, así que no hay habilidades de atención al cliente allí! David

Personal encantador, pero la calefacción estaba apagada, todos allí, sentados o de pie, tenían abrigos al aire libre. Entiendo por qué, pero no puedes dirigir un negocio sobre la base de clientes congelados.

El personal encantador, animado y atento, nos sirvió un corte particularmente delicioso de bistec bellamente cocinado, maridado con un delicioso tinto. ¡Volverá!
