This morning I bought a loaf of white sourdough bread. Came back home for lunch to discover that the loaf is at least 3 days old.(Sourdough has a shelf life of 5 to 7 days). Came back to the shop after one hour to bring them back the old loaf and they insisted (rudely) that was freshly baked this morning. After 5 minute of discussion trying to explain that the bread is clearly old (the crust is softer than the inside!) the lady that served my said (but, at least, is the taste good?), ?!?!? I didn't came back to ask my money back (which considering the price of the loaf 6£ would have been good!) but after waiting the line in the cold to buy a 6£ loaf, go home and find out that is not fresh, go back to complain in the cold, the least you can expect is a bit of understanding! RUDE STAFF, PRODUCT NOT FRESH, you can find better fresh bread anywhere else, avoid!

The hot chocolate is creamy and made with proper chocolate. They have all different flavours, my favourite is the orange. I also love the tahini balls and the oat cookie! Planning to buy some Christmas presents from here.

Llegamos poco después de la hora de apertura en una noche de domingo (pre-teatro), así que estábamos completamente esperando un ambiente menos animado en comparación con un sábado por la noche o tal vez después del trabajo en un día de semana, pero estábamos deseando que nuestras papilas gustativas nos hicieran cosquillas al menos. Lo único positivo que puedo ofrecer es que el makkoli elaborado localmente era bueno y muy diferente del producto importado de mayor vida útil generalmente disponible en Londres. Hubo poco compromiso por parte del personal que parecía obsesionado con el número de bebidas inicialmente pedido antes de que nada pudiera progresar... Me sorprendió la factura, ya que los números absolutamente no coincidían con lo que habíamos experimentado en poco más de una hora. ¡La misma figura nos habría alimentado y regado muy bien en casi cualquier otro lugar!

Sábado 15, 4 pm - dos chicas en servicio extremadamente groseras. Uno de ellos hablaba en italiano todo el tiempo frente a los clientes. Reír haciéndonos sentir incómodos. Mal servicio al cliente. ¿Es esta la forma de administrar una cafetería?

Food quality is great! Fresh and very tasteful with a really good portions. Lovely service, will definitely be going back.

Mala relación calidad-precio de 4.50 libras por una pinta de cerveza, me dieron el equivalente a 3,40 libras literalmente unos metros por la carretera. Cargo de agresión pendiente. . . Como Campeón de "Front of House" para Islington durante los últimos 25 años, nunca he estado tan incómodo en un entorno social en mi vida. Evita este lugar como si tu vida dependiera de ello. Mis bebidas fueron robadas en numerosas ocasiones y el personal fue inepto y grosero. Después de recibir una patada en la cara de un lugareño decidí hacer una denuncia y me escoltaron fuera del lugar y me pidieron no "hacer un escándalo". El personal de la puerta "juvenil" estaba tan avergonzado que me sentí mal por ellos. Buena suerte x

Buen café pero con un nivel de higiene deficiente y en estos covid: 19 veces no es aceptable, lamentablemente, un buen pastel y un servicio amigable con el té, pero cuide su limpieza

My husband, friends and I couldn't enjoy ourselves enough during our recent dinner in Farringdon. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the delicious food as always but were disappointed with the service from the new waitress, she talked much more than necessary while showing no attention to the table service at all. We had to raise our hands for everything, even every time we ran out of water. The waitress was distracted and often checking up behind the bar. She didn't seem to have any knowledge of wine (she made up everything she explained) and clearly showed she didn't know what gluten is. When taking our order she offered us the croquettes mentioning that she would ask the chef to remove the gluten and instead she said we couldn't order mackerel because it had gluten. Totally disappointing, we miss the old staff. We feel abandoned and at the hands of unqualified staff.
