Always a great choice of beer on tap, fantastic service with a smile and a great atmosphere. Nice pub with a nice crowd.

Very slow to serve coffee, not even hot when came

Very average place. Had to clean my own table, and it wasn't even busy. Even when asking for blue roll and some spray, I was given it, without an offer from staff to do it. The hot chocolate wasn't very good either. It Tasted cheap.

Had booked a table here, so arrived and waited by the door as stated, to be seated..and waited and waited. Eventually, hubbie went to the bar and ordered a bottle of wine. Very chaotic bar service, yes busy and noisy but bar staff weren't on it at all. We stood at a table with our wine, and realised we had been charged full price in Happy Hour. So, hubby went back to the bar to tell them. Really hard work getting any attention, no apology..rude service actually. I then went to the bar to ask about our reservation, but was blanked by the bar girl. We then decided to drink our wine and sack it. Felt very unwelcome. Nipped to the loo and realised there were restaurant tables round the other side of the bar, which we'd never seen before. Things took an upwards turn when we met Hattie in the restaurant, who was lovely and served us with a smile and attention. Food nice, but am pit off by the rude girls behind the bar so wouldn't return.

Had a great night here this evening, the bartender Callum and the door staff really looked out for me and made sure I was okay after a guest made me uncomfortable. The team are all brilliant and truly care about their guests. Callum, Niall and Mccenzie made sure I was safe after a man was being creepy to us and ensured myself and my friends were looked after. Thank you guys. We’ll be back. :-)

Yeah decent boozer, good size with upstairs and downstairs seating. Top staff and legend door man.

We were serve by Hanna. She was courteous and helpful. She made sure we were served promptly and checked with us while we were eating to see if everything was ok. She arrange the payment process promptly as we only had an hour. Really enjoyed visiting this place on a Monday. It was quiet for all the right reasons.

The bearded young bloke serving looked utterly bored. Crockery piled up on the tables, which I had to move. Server forgot my syrup, but no apology, just a raised eyebrow and intake of breath. No smiles for anyone. Is it beneath him? Has there been a family tragedy? Is he worried about climate change? Who knows. Train your staff, please: polite, efficient and happy.

Cozy breakfast place full of great food and hungover students. The fry ups and American style-breakfasts are great and not too expensive.

Everyone was absolutely brilliant for my 21st!! All the staff were super friendly and helpful, as well as being really attentive. They helped make my evening brilliant! I’ll definitely be back. Thank you!!

The service & staff were pleasant. The food was little better than mediocre. The most outstanding aspect of this experience of eating at Greggs, Cherry St Birmigham was the filthy condition. There were straws on the seats. Servietes on the floor and ripped up sugar containers, all littering the floor. The place wasn't that big and would only have taken 3 or 4 minuets to clean. I asked how they can serve people food in such a dirty environment. I was told they were too busy to clean. I said what about the 2 people in the back, that I could clearly see. She siad do you want to go and ask them? I declined. They have got their priorities wrong. Clean first, serve food second, but then I suppose it's all about making money. I certainly won't go back, and nor will I go to another Greggs.
