Such a great place to go for a coffee and a piece of cake or breakfast! Super family friendly and the staff are just extremely lovely! So far every cake / pastry I have had was 10/10!

I bought oatcakes from here for the first time,I’ll definitely be back the thickness and taste are just right .

We held my stepdad's 65th birthday here in October. The venue is beautiful and the Events Manager was so helpful with organising the event! They allowed us early access during the day to decorate. We ordered a buffet too which was lovely, the staff who worked were so kind and hospitable - will deffo be recommending!

My mate and I were just passing and fancied a lunchtime bite. It worked really well. We were met by a chirpy young lady, who looked after us so well. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Bear in mind the cafe is just inside the building, before, but by, the gym area. Hence the menu is geared up for healthy eating. Nevertheless we had burgers ! It seems you take 2 burgers melt cheese etc. between them, and start from there. I would also say the homemade coleslaw was something else. We left quite satisfied, and at peace with the world. I expect to return with my wife for a lunch as it would not be out of our way.

Delicious burger great value with proper chips, would recommend if ever in Newcastle, really nice atmosphere inside too !

Amazing. The food is incredible, rooms are very clean, comfortable, really good night sleep. Powerful shower that really wakes you up foe the day ahead. I recommend visiting. Staff are very welcoming and the bar itself is clean and rustic. Will be returning

What a little gem in Shropshire and well worth a visit. Don't let the outside put you off, the Inside is a treasure of fine Thai food that is hard to beat and unforgettable.

Absolutely beautiful Sunday dinner ! Popped in on the of chance. Shared the sharing Sunday platter, what a delight, everything was fresh, vegetables gorgeous. Staff were really lovely and attentive, will definitely be returning !

My first time here after my daughter recommended the place after she had been. Beautiful and quirky private room with a warm welcome. Menu was interesting with lots to choose from including a lot of game. Starters were out of this world!! Salt and chilli beef strips - absolutely the best thing I have tasted! Honey sausages - beautiful, squid - not my cup of tea but reported to be spot on and everyone enjoyed their starters. Mains again didn’t disappoint. Everyone joked that the fish and chips was the size of a whale! Green curry was the best they had ever had. Steak was beautiful. My main was the burger with smoked cheese. Delicious chutney and chips were delicious. We can’t comment on the puddings as we couldn’t eat another thing!! The staff were so welcoming and kind and I am beyond impressed and will most definitely come back again. Nothing was too much trouble for them and service with a smile. Thank you to everyone. A real gem

Lovely visit yesterday food was delicious and staff friendly and helpful

Visited here yesterday for lunch, as soon as we entered we felt at home, friendly, attentive staff, warm welcome and a friendly atmosphere. The food was freshly cooked, hot and delicious. The mixed grill was amazing and very filling with a generous portion of meat and chips. I would highly recommend The Swan Inn for food or just a drink in a relaxing, warm environment. Thanks to Dean and his team for making our lunch a pleasant experience.
