Un buen salón de té independiente. Situado en un edificio impresionante. Precios muy razonables. Gran servicio. La comida que tuvimos fue genial. Para una buena parada en el corazón de York, no puede equivocarse aquí.

Walked into this bakery after initially seeing the pastries from outside, specifically the cinnamon roll. This bakery had a few seats to dine in and get seated in. My wife & I ordered a coffee, cinnamon roll & chicken masala pasty. The coffee was welcomed by my wife with open arms. She admired the taste of this coffee speaking that this coffee was one of her favorites in Europe. The cinnamon roll in itself is made from croissant dough and is very flavorful and almost resembles a cronut. These granulated sugar around the cinnamon roll adds a gentle sweetness that isn’t overwhelming by any means. The chicken masala pasty was one of my favorite items on the trip!

We went to Molly's Tearooms for lunch one Saturday. York was packed and it was a bit hard to find because of all the people milling about, but we were glad we made the effort. We decided on jacket potatoes with creamed mushrooms and the lady apologised and said they only had one potato left, but offered us the mushrooms with toast instead. She said the mushrooms came in a separate dish so the toast wouldn’t get soggy. Our meal arrived very quickly and we shared the toast and potato. The mushrooms were absolutely delicious and plenty of them. Very pleasant staff and a lovely little tearoom. We recommended the place to our next-door neighbours who went two days ago and they also thought it was great. We’ll be back!

¡Cómo una simple sonrisa cálida y un delicioso cupcake pueden hacer su día más brillante! Y un café increíble para completarlo. Muy buenas judías allí. Totalmente recomendable.

Lovely coffee, scone and exceptional jam and clotted cream

Visitamos este restaurante para el almuerzo y las bebidas y disfrutamos tanto que regresamos el último día de nuestra visita a York. Hermoso entorno junto al río y un servicio amable. La ensalada de mozarella con pesto fue un verdadero punto culminante.

Kitch coffee shop adjacent the minster. We had a flat white with a rocky road and a Victoria sponge. The staff were kind and charming. The coffee was exactly to my taste and cakes fresh and tasty. Highly recommended

Heard good things about this place. Went with high hopes. Only two of us there. Staff very pleasant. Menu rather limited.Ordered our meals with ease. My wife’s meal arrived , but almost a ten minute wait before mine arrived. My meal was basically a lamb stew, with no veg. Very small portion for £21. Bread, whilst amazing, was extra! My wife’s meal was fine, but nothing special. We didn’t order desserts. Cash only, so had to go to a cash point . Won’t be returning. Not great vfm.

The room was alright itself ! Could use a bit of TLC, maybe fix that shelf! The host, the bartender, the over all feeling Not sure it made the venue quite so appealing We had a funny time, maybe not for the right reasons Good luck with room for the rest of the seasons

Visité recientemente para tomar el té y pastel y nos alegramos de que lo hicimos. El té estaba bueno y el pastel era impresionante. Mi esposa tiene el pastel de queso vasco mientras yo tenía el pastel de queso pistacho. Ambos fueron excelentes. El restaurante está muy bien situado cerca del Minster, el personal es amable y la cafetería es cómoda, limpia y acogedora.

Vino a almorzar un viernes muy ocupado durante la mitad del trimestre, pero nos sentamos inmediatamente - un ambiente muy agradable y frío en el interior (la música era genial también! ) Pedimos el inglés completo y huevos revueltos en tostadas que llegaron rápidamente; los huevos todavía estaban humeantes y cocinados maravillosamente 😋 Mi compañero pensó que el inglés completo era sabroso. Servicio amable y volvería a comer ya que todos los platos que salen de la cocina se veían encantadores.

Puede estar muy ocupado aquí, pero parece ser la mejor oportunidad de conseguir una mesa un sábado por la noche. Muchas ginebras y cócteles, tuvimos el tablero para compartir fizz y frutas que tiene 4 ginebras con sabor, bayas congeladas y una botella de prosecco para 28. Disfrutamos de preparar nuestras bebidas y probar las diferentes ginebras con sabor.

We first visited Izakaya about 9 months ago. We absolutely loved it. We have said several times since, we must go back. When we discovered it was closing, we were extremely sad. I am so glad that we booked on for the last opening day. Everything about the evening was just perfect. The service- friendly and personal. The food was simply delicious, really thought through and the flavours impeccably matched. I'm so pleased to hear that the staff are reinventing the wheel with a new concept. Thank you for having us (we were thrilled to be the last customers you served ) and we can't wait to see you in your new venture.
