The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Central Scotland

Superb food - couldn’t fault - if rather expensive! However, only one available red wine by the glass - apparently hotel closing for season - so this was the reason - never heard of this before? Is the establishment under new management - be interested to know as returning customer - to be honest not much of an experience as used to be when host was friendly, welcoming and really good service - current one is not !!! Unfortunately will not be returning - better options in the highlands.

Lovely home baked scones, cakes, the best homemade soup. So nice to find this place and loved the cake cupboard with honesty jar for out of hours delights. Loved the biscoff tiffin.. Will highly recommend this place to others. Exceptional food, thank you

We’ve been multiple times before and visited again a couple of times on our recent Sept/ Oct holiday and loved the ice cream. Unfortunately they didn’t have the yoghurt based ice cream that my partner loves. They were also closed a couple of times when we tried to get another.

What a lovely little place. Bit of a drive to get there but was lovely. Friendly service. We had panini and delicious soup and sat outside with our wee dog. Lovely selection of cakes too

Great, comfortable rooms, lovely beer and grub. A warm and friendly welcome from wonderful folk who really know how to look after you. What more could you want!

Came here when I was home. Food was good as was the service. Recommend a visit if you are in Dunoon 👍

Delicioso café y comida, personal encantador y siempre es encantador y cálido aquí para escapar del frío clima de otoño. También en el centro de la ciudad! *** La comida es deliciosa, especialmente los panes que usan para sus bocadillos, etc. y hay muchas opciones. También hay muchos asientos adicionales abajo. La mezcla de café es de las mejores del dundee y los cafés siempre los hacen brillantemente los baristas, gracias! : )

1st Visit to Bute, looking for relaxed,budget friendly place for Sat evening dinner, arrived 6.45pm perfect time for last orders at 7pm... Really efficient, friendly service. Looking at food other diners were having was fun as all cooked fresh to order, piping hot & tasty. Bring your own bottle for £3 corkage charge , a few tables brought their own wine along. Great menu variety 😋, highly recommend as a lovely relaxed dining experience which won't break the bank.

Lovely cafe with a nice atmosphere. Very friendly staff and very reasonably priced. We went there twice and they were very friendly and helpful Definitely worth a visit if you are in Rothesay. 5/5

Always a warm welcome and an excellent breakfast

Stopped off at the outside seating for lunch. The ham and cheese ultimate toastie with the chilli jam was excellent served with crisps and side salad. Egg mayonnaise sandwich was equally good. Good sized cappuccino coffees.
