Highly recommend. Amazing experience. A real treat. Had lunch menu and very much enjoyed it. Food was excellent (including the food descriptions given to us by the waiter/waitresses of each course we were about to eat), service very friendly and attentive, great atmosphere, wine recommendations to accompany each course were delicious too. Excellent, excellent, excellent!!! We visited twice on a long weekend visit to Cambridge, and were blown away. Truly magnificent, flavourful food with top quality presentation. Not only is the food excellent but the service is also first class. All the staff, especially Naeem, were always smiling and couldn't do enough for you. Seating is ample and comfortable, and love that they have bollywood music playing in the background. If you live in Cambridge, or are just visiting then I would highly recommend Taj Tandoori.

Good meat, good sides, friendly staff but don't come here for burgers.

We visited The Oak Bistro for a work dinner and celebration, so this review is based on a set menu rather than the à la carte options. That said, both the food and service were excellent. The dishes delivered on expectations for French classics. The service was particularly impressive. Staff was friendly, attentive, and accommodating of a variety of allergies in our group. My only minor comment is that the larger group area, being semi-outside, was slightly noisy at times, with the sound of church bells ringing quite loudly. However, this wasn’t a major issue and didn’t impact the overall experience. Highly recommended for a special occasion or group dinner!

I'm usually not inclined to leave reviews but this is an exception! As soon as I walked in the owner, Carlos, was extremely welcoming and prepared me a seat and brought a tea to drink whilst waiting for the food. I had the lamb shank which honestly was one of the best I've had and he even gave a free baklava at the end, which again was extremely good! Honestly one of the best places in Cambridge both for the food but also the hospitality from Carlos and I regret not having come here before today! Despite seeming very unassuming from the outside I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area!

I've wanted to try this restaurant for a long time, and although I haven't gotten to the restaurant proper, I had beers with a friend on their outside tables on one of the first warmish nights of the year, and it was a lovely experience. The outside tables are great for some mates catching up, and the beers are really good: carefully chosen craft beers from Poland, served just right. Very friendly wait staff, too!

Fuimos el sábado por la noche. Las zonas del hotel y del bar están muy bien decoradas y con muchas opciones de asientos. Tuvimos un par de cócteles que estaban bien hechos y sabrosos. Tuvimos entrantes y red que eran muy agradables con entrantes útiles. La comida estaba muy bien dispuesta y sabrosa. El único pequeño negativo fue que el servicio era bastante lento, ya que parecían cortos de personal. Así que ser servido tomó un poco más de lo que cabría esperar. Esto no arruinó una comida y una noche encantadoras. Yo recomendaría ir por bebidas o comida.

A beautifully authentic Turkish restaurant serving delicious food with a smile!! Service is second to none and their food is *chefs kiss*. I didn’t have any cash on me to leave them a tip on our spontaneous visit but I’ll be sure to bring double next time! Thank you for a lovely evening! ❤️

I reserved this place originally for tea, but unfortunately, I mistook the times for tea. So we were here for lunch. That said, most of what we had was delicious. The atmosphere and the service were great, as I'd say that was my favorite bits about it. But the food is a bit overpriced than what I'd care to pay. I'm sure some would find it worthy, but I'd say the food quality is worth 85% of what they're charging there.
