Teníamos un vale para comer aquí como regalo de Navidad. Nuestra camarera era encantadora y la comida era buena. Ambos somos veganos, así que había muy poca opción, pero lo que teníamos era bueno. Aparte del postre vegano. ¡El exótico postre de ensalada de frutas fue terrible! Había un arándano entre nosotros y principalmente uvas y melón con un par de piezas de piña! Realmente no es muy exótico en absoluto. Esto fue una pena ya que el resto de la comida era bueno.

Nous n'avions jamais mangé aussi mal pour aussi cher. 150€ à deux. Les portions sont ridicules et la présentation inexistante. Entrée Beetroot Humus :une petite mousse sans accompagnement, Plat, Lemon sole :minuscule morceau presque la taille d'un filet de sardine, qui baigne dans une sauce trop acide qui efface toute saveur, en garniture deux petits échantillons de courgette durs et cramés, Dessert Ice cream honey et cream: en fait 3 boules natures dont une avec quelques éclats de miel, l'ensemble jeté dans un bol façon cantine sans aucune garniture (comme tuiles ou cigarettes russes, feuilles...etc) 2 verres de blanc insipides un Rioja Blanco et et un Verdejo Viura nous n' avons pas réussi à les différencier.

I was looking forward to Gravadlax and Swedish meatballs The Gravadlax has nothing to do with what you get in sweden - it was cut razor thin too salty served with No dill and did not have much flavour. the mustard sauce was also very disappointing lackijng the Swedish sweet mustard flavour. Meatballs were below average the creamy sauce was watery and the mash potatoes tasted of nothing . we did not have dessert. I will not return to this place - service was friendly and good. The price is reasonable .

A very pretty restaurant especially for special dinners. Also nice that it isn’t to hard to make a reservation. The service is great and I would come again

Will start by saying the food is ok for the price for the location. Had to squeeze 5 people onto a table suited for 4, a chair on the end made for uncomfortable seating and space all evening. We were given water for the table to start and waited nearly 20 minutes before we received our first and only drinks if the evening. Starters arrived 55 minutes after we were seated and ordered. 1 hour and 55 minutes after being seated, we asked how long our mains would be, while numerous tables around us were all waiting and one group left after waiting 30 minutes not to receive a drink. 2 hours and 10 mins and our mains had arrived, beef mains really lacking in beef. One of us ordered a side of potatoes to go with a sea bass, the potatoes arrives 15 minutes after the mains and after asking twice for them. At 8.40 some of us left to go catch a train home, leaving 2 others there to pay the bill, consistent with the rest of the meal, the bill was requested twice and finally paid. I have never known a basic menu take so long to serve and front of houses not speak while leaving a restaurant. Overall, nice food for price, just don't make any other plans for the evening as you make it.

I wouldn’t normally leave such a low review but the general manager there was incredibly rude and aggressive to our group. I’d actively avoid.

Pour y être allé une première fois , l’endroit était superbe en terrasse en haut , nous avons voulu refaire l’expérience en famille . Quelle déception !!!! nous avons réservé, service incompétent , vaisselles sales , attitude non professionnelle ( chewing-gum en bouche) adossé contre le mur pour prendre la commande , langage familier... revenir 5 minutes après pour nous informer que la moitié des pâtisseries étaient indisponibles et incapables de nous restituer les options possibles, uniformes : doudounes usées à la corde ,nous avons eu le thé sans tasses qu’il a fallut réclamer , pas un sourire des employés, cartes sales, feuilles manquantes, il n’y a que le prix qui ce veut haut de gamme.

Absolutamente horrible - Definitivamente le daría una amplia litera. Los alimentos estaban por debajo de la media y omitieron eliminar el depósito de la factura. Cuando nos quejamos y solicitamos un reembolso no reaccionaron, incluso después de varios recordatorios - mantente bien claro! ! ! ! ! @

I booked this restaurant and had confirmation of the booking. Having spent £20 getting there by taxi only to find they have closed and are no longer there it cost another £20 to go back to the hotel. Very disappointed!!!

Firstly, for journeys on The Orient Express train you join the train in Calais.

Wir waren vor einigen Jahren zum High Tea dort und es war ein Ereignis! Allein der Service war so ziemlich das Beste, was man als Gast erleben darf, unglaublich! Leider hat sich das in der Zwischenzeit vollkommen geändert. Das Ganze ist heute ein trauriger Schatten seiner selbst. Service unaufmerksam und wenig zugewandt. Sandwiches, Scones und der Rest sowohl in Sachen Optik als auch bei der Qualität auf Kaufhausniveau. Insgesamt eine Enttäuschung. In Kombination mit dem sehr ambitionierten Preis nicht akzeptabel. Besser Finger weg.

Chose to eat here as we were booked to see a 1pm performance. At first the dining room seemed quite quiet but soon filled up. Service was a little slow but just about acceptable, however the table next to us had to complain and missed out on their main course due to poor service and equally booked to see the performance. On several occasions I saw waiting staff wandering round with food with no idea which table was for, then ending back at the kitchen. The food we ordered tasted great, but very expensive. If you can get the set menu, which we couldn’t as it was a Saturday, this would probably offer better value. Would struggle to return or recommend based on this experience.

Muy decepcionado Después de haber reservado aquí para nuestro cumpleaños especial de madres me hubiera gustado haber celebrado en otro lugar! No acomodaron a mis hijos en absoluto, no había opciones para niños, por lo tanto, mis hijos literalmente se quedaron sin ellos, ya que no les gustó el menú del té de la tarde para adultos en absoluto. Les pedimos un zumo de naranja, pero diez minutos después nos dijeron que se habían agotado. Todo fue un servicio muy lento. ¡Cuando se sacó el té de la tarde se veía hermoso! Pero los sándwiches eran rancios y sin sabor, no había bollos, en su lugar cosas saladas al azar que de nuevo no sabían fresco o francamente agradable, luego algunos dulces ok pero nada delicioso o vaya. Sacaron una sola cucharada de helado de vainilla para el ‘regalo’ de cumpleaños de nuestra madre??? ¿Pensando que gastamos casi 800 libras allí? No recomiendo, no.

¡Comida terrible! Sabores raros y camareros agresivos. Lugar vacío también que debería haber dado una pista. Aunque es un entorno muy bonito y no se parece en nada a los viveros de jamón Peter en Richmond. Me quedé ciego pensando que iba a ser buena comida basada en las visitas pasadas a Richmond. Siento que pagué el mejor precio por comida amateur. Nunca volveré atrás y desearía haber leído las críticas y no confiar en experiencias pasadas.
