Long drive from Mansfield, but it was well worth it . Reception staff lovely ,even up graded our room upon arriving for nothing. Drinks reasonably priced, food was lovely and well presented would definately recommend thankyou to all staff who were very attentive but not in your. face . face .

Hello friends, I have wanted to visit the Tavern for a long time and today I did with my friends. Everything was very tasty and the organization was at a high level. Anyone who wants to have fun and go to something Bulgarian abroad, this is the place. Highly recommend❤️❤️❤️

Popped in for a quick bite and a coffee on the off chance. Super friendly staff but you feel very welcome! The coffee was super high quality, beyond expectations. Food menu is simple but well priced and good quality food. High recommend

The staff at Jahed were so welcoming and helpful when I arrived to place an order for take away, that I was sure the food couldn’t possibly live up to the excellent service but I was absolutely delighted to find that everything I ate was delicious! one of the best takeaways I have ever had and I can’t wait to go back 🙌 i had a mix of chicken and lamb bhuna, peshwari naan and a lovely poppadom and dip with a lovely beer too! thank you so much for the food, conversation and recommendations - I loved it!

I visited Summer Lodge with a friend to celebrate her birthday. We ordered a cream tea which was advertised as freshly baked scones daily. We were shown to the drawing room and sat down. Then a waiter came to ask what tea we would like and tried to joke with us which was not necessary. The scones arrived and were frozen in the middle! So much for freshly baked scones! When I complained the waiter then said ' so much for our freshly baked scones!' Then joked that we must have got them out of our handbags! Totally inappropriate. Not a great experience for parting with £34 for 2 cream teas! The building and setting is very lovely. A shame that our experience was not up to expected standards.
