Una joya maravillosa para encontrar para mi cena mientras estaba visitando Bristol por negocios. El mezze de carne (guiso de ternera, moussaka, ensalada griega, albóndigas y algo en palo) además de patatas fritas y una relación calidad-precio increíble eran deliciosos. Demasiado para mí para comer, así que la caja de comida para llevar era muy bienvenida. Como ya no voy a visitar Bristol extrañaré venir al restaurante de nuevo. This is a very friendly family pub and restaurant, we have always had great food here and great service. It's one of our regular haunts.

Unfortunately, visited on a Saturday evening when a table of 18 was in the main area. The table was extremely loud and raucous. The food was nice as normal. When I was asked if everything was OK, I said "no, this is awful" to which the reply was "sorry, we have a table of 18 in!!". They would have been better to offer the room for hire to the group as there was absolutely no consideration for other diners from the table or the restaurant regarding the noise. Also, to top.it off when we asked to change the peas for beans on my sons plate, we were told "well that's what you ordered as it's on the ticket!". We replied well the restaurant is that noisy, perhaps you didn't hear us. To pay £50 for this poor experience was totally unacceptable.

Big shout out to Isot restaurant for some delicious food (delivered on time and nicely packed with a couple of things on the house) - veg moussaka, falafel, and mix shish very tasty, amongst other dishes. Lovely people too.

Fuimos aquí en un frío sábado por la tarde en una excursión de un día en Leeds. El servicio era impecable y la comida era decente. Ligeramente preocupado por la higiene, ya que estoy seguro de que vi un ratón arrastrarse y parecía que este problema ha sucedido antes. Esta es la razón por la que esta crítica se ha reducido a un 3 como lo hizo poner a mí y mi familia de nuestra comida.

Ambiente agradável e bem rústico, fondue delicioso e tudo perfeito. O proprietário Luca um Italiano simpático e que fala português.

We were given a voucher for afternoon tea so decided to go. I checked the voucher carefully and it was fine to use it all year round apart from on Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and other big days like Mother’s Day etc. I called up and booked and was told that was fine that we could use the voucher. We went for our afternoon tea, the restaurant staff were amazing but the afternoon tea was a little disappointing and not up to its usual standard. We’re not people who complain but the issue came when we were asked for our voucher. The waitress who was polite explained that we needed to pay extra as this was a festive afternoon tea. I politely explained to the waitress that we were not told that this would be an additional cost and that the voucher would not cover the afternoon tea. The waitress politely explained that there wasn’t anything she could do and that we’d have to pay the extra and then complain. Had it been an amazing afternoon tea like we normally have here we would have paid the extra and just been a little disappointed at the misunderstanding. As the afternoon tea was very disappointing and not worth £70 for two people I asked to speak to a manager. The waitress went and got someone from management and the man was rude and very passive aggressive from the moment he came over to our table. I politely explained to the man that there had a been a mix up and that we were not told about having to pay extra. The man was very rude and stayed “ Your menu clearly stated festive afternoon tea”. My partner then explained that the afternoon tea wasn’t even up to its usual standard in which the man expressed “ I don’t think it’s valid that you now complain after your meal”. He then went on to say that we could keep the voucher and pay full price for the afternoon tea. The way that we were spoken to completely ruined our afternoon and it’s such a shame as the restaurant staff are nothing but lovely. I think it’s disgusting how someone in management thinks it’s acceptable to speak to customers in this manner. We visit yearly and also buy multiple vouchers for family presents but we will no longer be providing our custom.

We booked our wedding 4 months ago at the loft. We were supposed to do a tasting and suggested a date. We called, emailed and even contacted them on social media for 5 weeks and no one got back to us. In the end we had to find another venue for 40 people and 7 weeks to go. We have asked for our deposit back and they are avoiding all communication. Be VERY careful before booking at this venue

Bueno para unas copas si no quieres un restaurante completo y no quieres sentarte en un pub. Chiswick no tiene muchos "bar" lugares de estilo y esto fue una buena con precios razonables y un buen servicio. Mejor que el cordero pub en frente.

Lovely Pub in a great location. Very welcoming and prices decent for area. This is our 2nd visit, but will probably go earlier in the evening. As unfortunately gets very quiet after 7:30pm. Highly recommended though.

Very impressive in every respect from a chain that has had to put up with a lot of bad press (deserved) in recent months. The price was fair at just over £8 for great coffee - a cappuccino and a flat white - to the impressive speed of service. There’s no bespoke Pret seating just grab your purchase and go. The airport is a cattle market and there’s little pleasure being here so decent coffee helps. A lot of the UK has snow and ice today but London escaped, just rain.

Le restaurant est sans grand intérêt, il s'agit plutôt d'une cantine améliorée. Le système de prise de commande est hasardeux et les salades caesar sont minuscules... Dommage.
