The worst experience in my life. Are you kidding? I found a huge bug in my food and they didn’t even apologize. When I asked them to return my money thsy gave me only a half of the sum because “I enjoyed the drink”

Great experience at Las Iguanas Leicester. Amazing service and all of the stuff were really friendly, Rhia in particular did a fantastic job with all of our food and drink orders. Would definitely recommend!

We were meant to visit on 23/11 and have heard nothing and are very disappointed with customer service. We have tried calling emailing social media and no one has bothered to reply or get back to us.

The soup was tepid as were the main course and the coffee. After spending £200 for a meal for four, we were then told in a rather bullying tone that we had to vacate our table within the next five minutes to make way for the next sitting. Wholly unacceptable and caused us to feel unvalued particularly after having a dining experience which, at best, was mediocre

Fabulous Hove steakhouse. Great food and staff. Lovely tasty steaks. Service was a bit slow considering it was practically empty.

We often go to Las Iguanas at Cribbs Causeway and we are always made to feel welcome, the staff from the moment we arrived are always friendly and professional. Today our server was Tabitha and she was fantastic. Very polite and friendly and she made us feel very welcome. The food is good quality and very tasty and the portion sizes are just right. We will be going back soon.

Our food was excellent, especially the steak! Staff were very polite and not intrusive. However, the noise levels due to poor acoustics were awful, firstly we had a group of 4 next to us, who were over loud. Then a table for 8 came in and seemed to be shouting the whole time. Interesting another couple who spoke to us on the way out, also mentioned the noise level was high and wouldn’t return.

Admittedly I used to work at this restaurant, (I even met my husband there) but our meal on Saturday evening was one of the best ever…. the roast potato’s were simply to die for, my duck was superb and the atmosphere, friendliness and professionalism of the staff was truly impressive. It remains an exceptionally family run business and they still truly deserve every accolade and customer that step foot through their door x

Called in today just after opening at 2pm to be greeted by a really friendly server who seated us straight away at a table of our choosing (the window) and we quickly had menus in front of us. We were offered drinks which arrived quickly and we’d both made up our minds that we’d order pizza! Literally within no time at all we were served our pizzas, a margarita and a doner, piping hot. Both had a super thin crust, plenty of tomato sauce and cheese, plus a good amount of doner. Our side order of cheesy chips was also delicious, crispy fries and plenty of melted cheese. The atmosphere is really pleasant, the food top notch and the service very friendly. Highly recommend a visit.

Evening meal Sunday 15/12/24 Great location .... Enjoyable meal....Garlic flat bread starters...Bay Jerk Chicken and Mac & Cheese mains... The Jerk Chicken was cooked to perfection and so tasty. Enjoyed the Cocktail offer two for one. Always a great meal at Turtle Bay Salford.
