The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in England

food was cold when I received it, kebab was soggy and the chicken was chewy. Phoned up to complain and was less than impressed with how I was dealt with. The price of the food is very expensive, cheese and chips that cost £5 are freezing cold, I expected to get my money back. If you are going to use them pay by card because once they have your cash you aren't getting it back

Awful customer service, I asked for a Kurdish pizza and asked them if they could make it nicely (I asked respectfully) and the worker there got angry at me and then proceeded to give a different pizza, not the one I asked for at all. I will not be getting food from this shop in the future at all. Extremely unprofessional.

Great food I do think the Lamb portions are a bit small.

3 star due to the coleslaw being missing

Great place for a drink however not for food. Ate the meze and it was a little expensive and unfortunately quite bland. Will return but not to eat.

Waited 50 mins for take away, 3 Pizza, chips and milkshake. Got home, the pizzas were all burnt underneath, the chips were soggy and cold. Got a £15 refund of £60 because I hadn't taken a photo of the food. Check the food before you leave the shop and take photos if you aren't happy!

I’m not usually one to write reviews, but I was so disgusted by the service here I felt compelled to do so. After arriving, we were told that our booking had been cancelled and that there was a “booking error” leading to no available tables. Upon looking around we could see a multitude of free seats, but according to the maitre de these people had been given priority over us, even though there booking was some 30 minutes later. Downstairs was completely closed according to the front of office staff. After querying this they were rude abusive and racist towards us. They then began to bicker amongst themselves quietly and laughing at us as we left. Our booking was at 6:30 on Wednesday 29th so I suggest that management investigate this issue as I will never be eating at Franco Mancas again and I used to love coming here.

Absolutely loved it. Had quarter pounder meal and it was amazingly flavourful. The service was top notch, specially by the person at till, he is really nice person. Overall great experience
