Delivery experience shocking rang up told me 15 to 20 mins 50 mins later the,driver still not here. Told 5 mins still no sign . What a waste of space. This is a useless takeaway

Got a takeaway. Asked them to grill the kebab meat because it’s very greasy. Didn’t grill it.

The curries have always been average from here, and the service relatively poor. However in the last year or two the chicken based curries have been getting worse and worse, as they're not removing the chicken fat properly. I had to peel off big chunks of fat, from practically every piece of chicken I had tonight.

I can’t fault today. Our food was delicious, didn’t wait long but wasn’t rushed. Our waitress, Lisa was excellent - nothing was too much trouble, how it should be. We will return soon, thank you.

Initially received a 50 minute delivery time. Nothing arrived time. No problem. To receive nothing and when contacted told it’s traffic but to have the app saying it’s being delivered and then the driver not able to find the address. Driver given new post code and still not able to find the address and told its traffic. Phone the takeaway again and told it’s delayed because of traffic. Sorry but lies. Can’t deliver a service then don’t accept. Apologies for being very horrendous with my language but I don’t being lied to. Driver eventually arrives and then says he’s had to go through certain parts of town. Absolutely pathetic. I’ve now deleted the app and won’t be ordering again. You’d get more appreciation for honesty

Kept my number on the books and then had a delivery guy calling me before 7am when the shop isn’t even open.

Came here off season and was surprised it was open, more surprised that it was really busy and we had to book. Guac a Doodle pizza was superb and one of the best pizzas I've had. The Pepperoni pizza and garlic bread were also delicious and went well with the local Korev lager. Service was a bit as garlic bread came at same time as pizza but I have no complaints as the apology and outstanding pizza really made up for it. £52 for two pizzas, two beers and a shared garlic bread was spot on for value.

Over priced for what it is. Much better food available at other places for a lot less money.

Only giving it 1 star as it’s not possible to give it 0. We booked a table for my hen do in December. We were seated separately and told we had to specify that we wanted seating together for a large party. I’ve never had to do that in my life. 3 starters were thrown on the tables (there were 14 of us) and half a chicken?? Only half of our drinks orders were taken. Staff had no clue what was going on and the manager tried to excuse themselves by telling me they had no communication with the kitchen. A third round of starters appeared when we eventually got our mains after an hour of waiting?? Managers were highly amused by our complaints. Despite sending a list of our orders ahead of time, they couldn’t sort it out for the life of them. I refused desserts. I argued with them for ruining my hen do and they still expected us to pay as they had to recook the food? Yes and I wonder whose fault that was?! Duhhh??! Ruined my hen night and I ended up crying in the toilets with no apology. Never again. Utter shambles and horrific service. Managers were pricks too. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Thanks ✨

First time in a long time that I've visited pizza hut. Everything was great, food and service both outstanding. Will definitely be back.

This place has been our regular since we moved here 7 months ago but last night, I chipped my tooth on a sizeable piece of rock in the deep-pan pizza. (See photo) Extremely disappointed I was only partially refunded for the one item… I expected and hoped for at least a full refund.
