The best restaurants serving Seafood food in England

A group of friends catching up for lunch. Great choice of menu. We had a wonderful meal, all choosing different dishes. Even though it was the Saturday before Christmas we weren’t rushed to vacate the table so we’re able to chat over desert.

Lovely fresh breakfast - great service and cosy with log burner, nothing too much trouble for the staff, will be back for the cake!

Great night 10 of us attend the Saturday Night Fever theme. we all had a great night, staff were fabulous always checking if all was ok and did we require more drinks, food was lovely too. worth the money, Bloom entertainment was great. yes i would recommend a night at Bloom.

If you have a dog with a disability - our small yorkipoo had surgery to both hind legs 2 weeks ago - don't visit this cafe! It says Dog friendly on the door but we went in with our Yorkipoo in a small dog buggy today and a rude woman working there came over to us to fiercely tell us we would have to put him on the floor under the table as he could not stay in his buggy. Stating 'it wasn't allowed!' I told her he had just had surgery on both hind legs and she showed no sympathy, compassion or even common courtesy, at all. The customers sitting by the table our friends had reserved for us said they had no problem with the buggy being beside them, but she said she had a problem with it, so we left. I must point out that it wasn't easy to leave the cafe as there was a HUGE child's pram in the way of the door!! Obviously it's not a health and safety reason that we wasn't allowed to stay; as no one was getting past that buggy across the doorway if there was a fire! Tbh if she had come over and said with regret 'oh I'm sorry we can't allow dogs in the cafe in a buggy" I would have taken it much better but instead she was rude, aggressive and to all in our party she appeared to be an out and out dog hater! If you want a true dog friendly place for lunch in Maryport visit The Marina View Café; the staff are wonderful and the food is amazing.

Lovely and hot cod and chips and lovely sausages great portions very busy when we came not sure what more I can say really.

If you want the best fish and chips you've ever tasted go here!!!! After a trip to Winchester me and my family were feeling hungry and happened to stumble upon this place. We were greeted like we were old friends by the guy behind the counter he took our order he was very attentive to the order making sure we had specifically what we ordered (fussy kid) he said as its all fresh cooked there would be a short wait and he would bring it over.... a 10 mi use wait and we were given our meals and my gosh were they worth the wait. The fish was cooked to perfection batter crisp fish soft it was perfect absolutely perfect. My fussy child ate all his food and clear plates all around. I live in Southampton and I will be coming back to Winchester just for the food and the fantastic service

In my opinion this is the best fish and chip shop in Stockport. Every time I have been the staff have been friendly and the portion sizes are good. Ordered the take out sharing deal which is brilliant value for £16 and easily feeds 2 people ( I struggled to eat all mine). I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning again soon as want to try and eat in next time.

Best fish and chips in Southend! Large portions and tasty chips! Not the greasy soaked fish & chips you sometimes come across on the seafront!

This is our go to place for fish and chips and wouldn't use anywhere else. Always perfectly cooked and delicious. All the staff are very friendly and I couldn't recommend Seaview Fish & Chios highly enough.

We were a big group, Rogie as our waitress was amazing and very helpful with a big smile in his face despite of the crowded place Will definitely come back and ask for Rogie!

Amazing food, eat here every week, never had an issue and is the best for miles.

Not been to Mersea for a long while due to our favourite seafood place closing. We was told about this place by a friend and we was pleasantly surprised. Great selection of seafood and fresh. Loved the bread in little boxes with butter slices. We went on a Monday and sadly no hot food was served as they only do that at weekends. We will happily return soon. Fairly priced.
