The best restaurants serving Seafood food in England

Mine was a Just eat take away, the chips were soggy as if they were yesterdays warmed up, certaintly not recently out of the fryer. prompt and quick delivery, nice guy. will not use them again

A favourite regular haunt, always a quick and speedy service. The front of house women on the takeaway side really know what they are doing. Amazing to see A buisness where everyone employed pulls there weight to allow this restraunt and takeaway to thrive is magnificent and so is the food! Brilliant pricing dining in always plays the anthems. Size of a regular fish is longer than my forearm but smaller specials in place if you don't have that much of an appetite well always go back its utterly amazing. This review may suggest I work here i don't I just love it🤣.

The best tapas I've had!! I visited during the summer when the weather was fantastic. Being on the beach eating fantastic tapas, great atmosphere. I was almost not in the UK for 2 hrs. I recommend the soft shell crab & the Monkfish 👌🏻

Best Thai food in Plymouth, and I've tried nearly all of them. Absolutely delicious authentic tasting Thai food (and I've been to Thailand). Loads of gluten free options too. Will be coming back for definite. Lovely staff too!

We arrived at Rockfish on a cold, wet and windy evening with the weather dampening my enthusiasm. However, as soon as we arrived the friendly staff and warm atmosphere helped change my mood and provide a great evening. We had the fish platter and I thoroughly recommend to ensure you are able to try as many of the superbly cooked fish as you can. Each was well prepared and helped fill my tummy!

We had a delicious dinner here last night. Despite being a wintery, cold January evening the welcome and atmosphere was warm and inviting. Starters included mussels, scallops and prawns which were all delicious. Mains were the fish of the day, crab linguine and mussels. Again, all delicious - the only comment would be that the fish was slightly overcooked but had excellent flavours and was still enjoyed. We were very well looked after and the attention to detail was excellent. Thoroughly recommend and definitely book at busier times of year as there aren't many tables. Thank you for an excellent dinner.

Not at all welcoming and definitely over-priced. We’ve been coming here for years but it’s not what it was. It’s now very expensive for quite basic food. The worst thing though is the ambience - or rather total lack of any. One of my party described it as like “an old people’s tearoom run by sixth formers” and that is spot on! The staff there have always been poor at welcoming you in. They’re usually notebook in hand hurrying you to order (like you’re in a caff) but now with the food being mid as well we won’t be going back.

First time here & it won't be the last!! Absolutely gorgeous food. We had the peach & chicken, aubergine, & pork croquettes as a sharing starter. Then the steak on a stone, which was huge & a beautiful steak, the slow cooked octopus, the best we've ever had & cataplana da mar. Service was impeccable. Espresso martinis were also gorgeous. Well worth a visit!!

I've eaten at Wybers for years but something has changed the last few visits. The chips have become pale and tasteless and the fish oily (although the batter still excellent). The chips I would rate as below average and the fish slightly above but not "stunning" as it used to be. Hopefully, they will return to their former selves.

Why have I not been before? What a fantastic restaurant. Staff were genuinely friendly. Food absolutely delicious & reasonably priced. I'll definitely return & I've already recommended to family & friends. Thank you for such a lovely experience. Jacquie

Love this restaurant if we visit town we always go The staff are very friendly and welcome you i am gluten free and the chef always adapts the menu to suit my needs masood the manager is lovely and always makes us feel very welcome Patsy &Michelle

I rang up and placed a order to collect , I ordered a cheese burger and chips , I was asked what sauce I wanted on the burger so I asked for mayo on the bottom bun and tomato on the top bun , they was very rude and refused to give me what I asked for saying do we look like a restaurant I was left very shocked , is it really that hard or complicated.. I would never go to this place ever again terrible service.. Young lad very nice and polite maybe they should let him take care of customers

We really enjoyed our meal here - the food was outstanding, perfectly presented and simply delicious. Steak was up there with the best my husband has had and I thoroughly enjoyed my monkfish. Service wasnt great sadly, we had to ask for drinks and the bill and a while for plates to be cleared away…so not as attentive as you would hope for a high end restaurant which is disappointing. We are trying Felix in Warley soon so it will be good to see the comparison.
