The best restaurants serving Seafood food in England

Me and the wife went for dinner here last night. The food was absolutely gorgeous, the presentation was impeccable. Great atmosphere, great staff. Will 100% be returning again

The food was absolutely unbelievable, as were the cocktails. Comfortable seating and a warm atmosphere. Absolutely loved it. If i had an issue it was that being next to busy pubs there was a little kick off just outside the windows and people not happy they couldn't enter without a reservation. I'd possibly invest in door staff or some form of dealing with it as I felt bad for the young girl having to handle it alone. Otherwise it was amazing and couldn't have improved on the business itself or the actual food and experience.

I went here with family who said they loved the place and had visited before. I have to say the visit was a few months ago but I loved the atmosphere (kind of old cafe feel). The food was 5 star and easily some of the best fish and chips I have ever had. I have visited for battered sausage and chips to take away if I am in Herne Bay, just because the food is so good. Keep up the great work! Easily 5 star experience!

Second time we've visited and certainly well worth it....the small fish and chip was ample but we didn't need a drink so pretty good value 👍👍

Wow what can I say I gpt recommend by a lad i work with who lives in the area said to try and I'm not disappointed what so ever chips and fish cake was the best I've had in ages I work local to here and this is my now go to fish and chop shop

Visited for a special occasion. Food was divine - fantastically executed and cooked to perfection. Service was friendly; the ladies were lovely, if a bit stretched as everyone arrived at the same time, we waited 25 minutes to order a drink and could tell they were doing their best. At a set £85 a head it was a big treat for us, so I was disappointed to be told that, although the main was listed as being part of the tasting menu, you had to select your fish which all came with a minimum supplement of £18 per pair, pushing it to £94 pp. The fish which arrived was delicious, but was probably a quarter of a fish to share, unlike the whole fish advertised on the sample menu online with no mention of extra cost. I think if you are paying this kind of money for food, it may not matter to lots of people, but I thought it should be mentioned on the website as I felt misguided and it tainted it a little for me.

Ordered pie and chips, large mushy peas, large fruity curry, only left my wallet at work but, they said come back tomorrow and pay. Now that's service and paid for that meal tonight. I'm not a big chip eater but, these willow chips are the best I've ever had. Thanks Willow.

Delicious authentic Thai food, great service.

Good food but our meal was spoilt by the overbearing owner’s criticisms of his young, female staff. He then overcharged us! We won’t be returning.

Fantastic fish and chips and the portions are giant

I've been eating fish and chips for 55years and would say they are definitely the best.gluten free too. Cider also..wow

Lovely spot right on the harbour- delicious squid. This is all sadly let down by staff who seem to treat customers with disdain. Could almost see the staff’s eyeballs rolling at the annoyance of anyone daring to ask a question.

We had a misunderstanding a few weeks ago. Visited again this evening & all was sorted. The fish and chips are the best in the area & we are local. We travel 15 miles return to get the fish & chips despite others being nearer. Do not hesitate to visit. Superb food.
