Cone in, paid. Then my food was saying ready, I come to collect, he said to wait, he served 3 other people that come aftet I paid, and my order was still not ready, he said to wait again, but if you keep missing my order...

Staff rude and ignorants.Went in 16:00 o'clock and been told is closed.I went next door McDonald's ordered and passed by 5 min later to see they serving people.

The server Mahtab was very slow and very rude, he snatched the paper bag with my disabled friends food in it, just to put a sauce inside, he gave her quite the fright and had no manners

I haven't been to BK for years.. obviously the menu has changed, but burgers, grilled nicely as always..

Time said 21.30 to 21.45pm then it changed as 21.45pm had passed. Food just come at 10pm. Chips HARD AS NOT COOKED PROPERLY & COLD ! BURGER HAS BACON WHEN I TICKED NO BACON!! BURGER IS AWFUL MCDONALDS IS BETTER & THATS SAYING SOMETHING!! DRINK IN A LARGE CUP IS ONLY A QUATER OF A WAY FULL. THE WHOLE MEAL IS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL !!

First of all my food was left at the hotel reception left unattended. And when i collect my food. One burger was missing my chicken burger. Very disappointed after waiting for such a long time and burger king is just 10min away

Wow, I love Bayswater Burger King. It was an Amazing & Excellent service.

The staff is lazy, hence they close the lower floor, and they forbid people from using the toilet. ???. The AC is also not working. The McDonald’s next door is much better, that is why it is packed and they are empty.

The courier went completely the wrong way so the food was not hot and the drink was too warm to drink with my food.

I ordered at the terminal. I paid by credit card and was charged. But the assistant manager explains to me that no. You have to pay at the checkout because the payment was not taken into account by credit card. I will not be charged. However, I show him proof of payment on my bank account (card with immediate debit). He insists and tells me no, that this has already happened in the evening and it is false. I ask him if it's not an error in the terminal. He insists, he doesn't want to give me my order. I explain to him that I am not going to pay twice for a single order and that this is theft. He calls security. He responds to us with condescension and refuses to give us the paid order. There was no commercial gesture, a total incomprehension on his part because for him the terminal cannot be wrong knowing that it happened to other people in the evening and still in this fast food restaurant. Having ordered from Mcdonalds, KFC right next door on the same street, this has never happened. Could this be a business tactic with a faulty terminal to scam people at Burger King? The assistant manager of this restaurant behaves particularly inappropriately and inappropriately towards some of these customers. Burger King to avoid!
