Quick, Tasty, and Convenient: Stopped by McDonald's recently and had a classic Big Mac. It was just as delicious as I remembered! Service was quick and efficient, and the restaurant was clean. A reliable option for a fast and affordable meal. 🍔🍟

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to and I've been to many of them in Canada and the U.S. BigTasty cold. Large fries cold and not many fries, had to go back up and get them to replace it and the burger. Coke not filled to the top.

Standards have definitely dropped for this store as I've been growing up. You'd think that the store renovation would work in a bid to improve efficiencies, but this has sadly not been the case here. On one occasion, I ordered a sweet chilli wrap with some other items where I specifically asked for no cucumber, but they included it anyway. Though when I returned to complain, and thankfully I don't live very far, they gave me a brand new order which I'm glad they put right. I would still rather they get it right the first time, and it means I don't have to eat everything twice. Now today, bearing in mind it is very windy and I'm in a cast, as well as having no carrier bag to hold my order as they ran out, they again made a mistake - this time they forgot to include my cheesy bites. When I again returned, they offered measly fries and the cheesy bites that were missing. I understand it was busy at the time of ordering, but you really need to pay attention as those are the times that matter. Or at the very least provide good customer service when things go wrong. Seriously how hard can these requests be? Not that management are listening, but please do better next time. Ironically it was much better when we didn't have kiosks, it appears that technology has made us lazy and incompetent. For anyone wanting to order, please save your money and either order from the store just further ahead called Buckingham Palace Road, which I have a much better experience with, or avoid this company entirely. They're so busy that apparently they're too important for their customers.

Better quality food than other McDonald’ses I visited

pissed me off. didn’t get my fries after paying for a large meal. they closed the line on me when i called. and i payed for a large meal, got a medium drink and NO FRIES. customer service is horror cant find a way to complain so i’m doing it on google reviews. please give me my fried or a refund i’m very upset as i waited over 30 minutes for the meal which wasn’t even complete. maybe because i am pregnant so i am extremely emotional

Shambolic place. Full of homeless people (not blaming them) and incompetent staff. You should not expect much from mc, but this one is such an example of how low it has fallen. Extremely slow service even when quiet. Their pathetic app for online orders is another story. What a disgrace.

Forgot more then half of my order

Toilet was with feaces in and around the sink. The service was poor as the staff messed up my order twice even after collecting my receipt. When I tried to get my original receipt back as it has vouchers on the back of it. All of sudden the staff do not know what they did with it. Clearly one of them have picketed it for the vouchers.

Ordered a burger at lunch time to take with me on the train, just to find that my McChicken sandwich burger had NO chicken burger and just lettuce and a bun. If I didn’t have to catch a train, I would’ve gone back to complain. Very disappointed with this service.

They provide decent service all the time everywhere with decent price.

Didn't like this one because meal wasn't very warm, and nowhere to sit except if you go down very steep stairs with a tray and your shopping top. They also have toilets downstairs. Very poor.

The McDonald's at 155 Victoria St has some of the best food I've had at any McDonald's, but the experience comes with its challenges. We sat downstairs and ordered to the table, and I have to say, the Philly cheeseburger was absolutely delicious—probably the best I've ever had at a McDonald's! However, getting to that point felt like a bit of a quest. Outside, the area was rough, with a group of people asking for pound coins right at the doorway. You had to navigate past them carefully, almost as if on a mission to reach the food safely. It was uncomfortable, but when we left, they had all moved on, so at least the exit was smoother. Once inside, the upstairs felt run down and not very welcoming, but the downstairs seating area was much nicer—though it’s quite a few stairs to travel down, which might be inconvenient for some. Overall, 3 stars—the food was great, but the rough surroundings and atmosphere made it hard to fully enjoy the experience.

The delivery man was late and asked me to come out to meet him because he couldn’t find the address. I had to leave my apartment and walk around outside to find him, my food was cold and inedible

It was before 5 but they seemed incapable of dealing with the customers and orders, with a big backlog of boxed up burgers going cold waiting for counter staff to bag them.uo, incorrect orders and people waiting up to 30 mins for food that often wrong or cold.

Ignore the 1 star, that's just to comment. Lots of folk dissing the homeless that use this place. Get a life, they are HUMAN just like yourself.. Do you know why they are homeless ? Have you ever experienced been in that situation yourself ?

It's unfortunate that this outlet becomes a little messy late into the night. We were there around 12.30am, and was honestly surprised to find a security person standing by the entrance (not that it mattered, but it sets the tone). To then be faced with a long queue, which took quite a while, and a slightly flustered team, I think there's scope to improve operational rigor. That all said, McSpicy that I got was a little over-fried; patty was not juicy like it's supposed to be. Mcnuggets were a little dry too. Not a satisfying supper meal unfortunately.

8 o'clock in the morning, only 3 employees behind the counter, the slowest McDonald's in London for sure . I waited for a coffee for 15 minutes.

Long waiting times, sometimes orders are forgotten.

I told multiple employees that my order was not showing on the screens even after 20 minutes of waiting. Noone cared - never got the food.

I'm simply writing the review for the record, it's a McDonald's, what do you expect? A good point is that you can order for the machines and that way you don't get tangled and you can calmly see what they have

Food cold and way too much salt on chips

I had to go get the McDonald’s myself, the delivery person accepted it and said it was delivered when it was in fact not. I have photographic proof with time stamps of me collecting my food. Immediately give me a partial refund for wasting my time.

Bacon was missing from breakfast roll, just egg, sausage and cheese. Still tasty,but less than what i was charged for. App did not update beyond preparing your order so no tracker, no arrival time. Fortunately driver called to say they were outside.

Review for Victoria branch of McDonalds Food was the usual as with any other branch. On this occasion that we visited we were gonna have breakfast. I was in urgent need to pee. So I went to the only available toilet which is the disabled toilet where someone has just come out. As I was about to grab the door, there was this man in black shirt and pants (assuming security personnel) who put his hand on the door and said "For customers only." and I replied, "Yes I am a customer." He replied further, "You have to buy first." I thought this was ridiculous. Cause what if the customer urgently needs it? Not sure if he was being a bit discriminatory because I am Asian and currently had a deep tan as I just came from Cornwall from Holiday. But he wouldn't budge. I verbalised "This is ridiculous." whilst starting my order on the McDonalds app. When he saw that I was starting to order (whilst my face was fuming with frustration), he then said "Okay, okay, come." This is just not right customer service. Maybe if it was extremely crowded and you'd prioritise customers from just toilet users. But on this occasion, it was 7.30am and there wasn't much people. No one was using the toilet. It just wasn't right. He needs to be more considerate. In fact this could backfire. If people came in to use the toilet then they would be tempted to order food and drinks. But if you stop them on the first instance, then that would just make them go somewhere else instead. The branch was clean and the food prep staff and cashier were quick and polite to be fair. It's just this security guy who seemed to enjoy his "authority".

Very quick service, original time of delivery was changed but being a Saturday night I understood that the provider would be busy and once out the delivery was really quick. Polite delivery guy, no issues with finding what can be a tricky address.

If I could give zero I would. This particular store needs to wake up, I ordered via Uber eats and this was the third time they had got my order wrong over the past couple months and so I went to the store with all the items and explained this to the shift manager as I am sick to death of this store messing mine and god knows how many kther people's orders up. When I was there I could see immediately why they are messing the orders up, the people on the front are in desperate need of training and to be honest motivation as well. This place has fallen a long way, I briefly worked here in 2010 and it was 100000 times better. Whoever owns this franchise needs to wake up to the complex issues this place faces.
