Disgusting. That is about all I can say. The slowest service, poorest food and the tables, floor and bins were disgusting. 3 of us (2a 1c) visited and ordered 2 McFlurrys, one donut and a coke. That took over 15 minutes and was behind cooked food and other McFlurrys. We were ordering 61 and by the time we got our food they were sending out orders up to 80, and we weren't alone. They weren't even that busy. The ice cream had started to melt where it had been made but sat for so long but we didn't have time to wait for them to make it again. No apology for the long wait. And see the pictures for the state of the place. Absolute rubbish tip of a place, no tidying had been done for ages.

Latest Review: McDonald's seems to rely on the fact that people already know most businesses are dishonest—making you pay way more than you're getting, using manipulative ads, and misleading people. But instead of doing anything to change this, McDonald's just leans into it. It's like they're saying, "Everyone knows this happens, so why should we care?" They don’t take responsibility for it and instead blame society because everyone goes along with it. Then there’s the constant hassle when you’re just trying to buy or pick up something. If the staff are upset with another customer, they’ll take it out on you, as if you're somehow responsible for the entire public’s behavior. And the discrimination? That’s a whole other level. Some people can pick up their orders without any issues, while others get scrutinized like they’re about to steal something—all based on how they look. The problem gets even worse when the machines don’t print receipts. If you don’t take a picture of your order number and happen to be one of those people they don’t trust, you’ll be humiliated for something that’s not even your fault. It’s like they judge you based on how confident or "high status" they think you are. Since when did McDonald’s turn into some kind of luxury brand where customers are treated differently based on how they look? Previous Review: They have a habit of underfilling the cup, leaving a massive gap that makes the cup's appearance misleading in relation to its actual content. This gap is both inappropriate and unacceptable. If it's the machine causing this issue, then it is McDonald's responsibility to address it. If the staff is choosing to deliberately underfill for some reason—perhaps in the interest of their employer—it still falls under McDonald's accountability. Either way, this needs to be corrected.

Prices were not the standard due to being in central London which was surprising for MacDonalds. Can't beat the saver menu etc.

Service was decent, I didn’t get a receipt when I ordered but I was still able to collect my order. Only downside is the mouse I saw running in the kitchen. I checked in the reviews and it seemed that this has been happening even a year ago but was probably mistaken for a rat.

A busy McDonald's which attracts a very international clientele from Victoria Coach Station. I have always found the service prompt, although some of the staff can look a bit hassled. The central ordering system sometimes means that when it is busy you can watch your order getting cold before it has been 'assembled', but this is a McDonalds-wide phenomenon. Definitely better than the average franchise in Central London.

My food was picked up and your delivery guy who had another delivery over west end (complete opposite way to me) I was watching on the map. I Could see expected time keep going up. He even had to go back past by the McDonald’s to get to my address. With regard to the weather being so cold the reality of food getting cold more quickly is inevitable.. but the food was freezing myself and children couldn’t eat and McDonald’s is the the reheat-able food

Food is mostly okay, sometimes not the greatest for a McDonald's. What I really have a bee in my bonnet about is the closure of half the seating in the early evening, turfing customers out their seats when others are not available. I appreciate cleaning needs to happen, but it could be done much later. As usual there were no clean tables available.

As a loyal customer of mcdonalds I had my phone stolen here on Friday the 8th of November. I felt very unsafe with drug users outside the restaurant, with needles. The woman snatched my phone off me. There was 2 security men that didn't bat an eyelid. Security practically ignored me even though he seen it on cctv. It was a terrible experience and this review is a heads up not to visit this establishment.

Mcdonald has a same price in every where in the UK, so that will be a cheaper option while you wait for the train.

Great spot when transitting from Victoria for coffee or food. Open very early, closes very late. Usually somewhere to sit. Large seating area

The Big Mac was cold the bun was stale like eating leather threw it away was not enjoyable at all also the 9 nuggets was missing (clamied a refund) but the FREE 6 nuggets were there no barbecue sauce at all. Not happy at all won’t be ordering again.

The store is very overcrowded, the order takes forever, even if it's small. The staff is very unfriendly, especially the managers.

Can get very busy due to the proximity to Victoria Station, however they seem to do pretty very at keeping up despite there always seems to be a swarm of people waiting for food, the wait is never too long. Plenty of seating, and free toilets.

As I visit late in the evening it's always crowded with delivery drivers and the downstairs is still busy. Staff always willing to help and do the best they can when trying to deal with difficult customers and delivery drivers impatient for their orders. The place itself is as clean as a very busy fast food restaurant can get.

In the establishments I went to, they do not give you a receipt and the order note is not printed. At the MC del Victoria the staff is not very friendly. Although the place is very clean.

My order my setting and waiting for fifteen minutes, while the staff were laughing and clapping at the back. By the time I got to my work across the road my food was cold as ice, so i end up binning it. I couldn't take it back because my break was finished and needed to get back to work. I'm very disappointed never again, avoid.

Very complicated service, paying by cash too, noisy and very transient atmosphere. Just there to eat quickly when hungry.

Seating inside was full, so sat in the communal restaurant seating area, bins full, flies everywhere, and a punch up happening a few tables over.

Good McDonald's, nothing exceptional, if you try to eat quickly and at prices like in all McDonald's in the world. In Italy perhaps there are more choices, but these are tastes.

Order a Coke Zero and when arrived I had no drink at all because it leaked all over my food. Proceeded to the refund as I couldn’t eat food. I have pictures to prove it. So unprofessional, delivery guy only said: sorry, sorry and he just left.

The two ladies that worked there asked me for no less than 4 different forms of confirmations that my app order was indeed mine. They were extremely rude and entitled and did EVERYTHING in their power to not give me the order, and also affected my arrival to the coach station. The two ladies must have watched too many movies, because they treated this McDonald's order like a bank withdrawal. In fact, I had a faster service, with less questions at the bank.

I mistakenly thought 25 minutes was long enough to grab a burger before catching my train. I ordered on the screen, and waited and waited and waited. Even 10 minutes after my number came up as “ready to collect” on the screen, no sign of my burger. After repeatedly asking about my order and being ignored, I had to leave without my food because I was about to miss my train. It wasn’t just me - several other people were complaining that they’d been waiting for over 30 minutes. Seemed like they were really short staffed, but it also chaotic and disorganised.

Located in the small shopping mall next to Victoria Station. Pobably one of the better McDonald's I've been to. Quick service, plenty of seating and reasonably clean.

They forgot an item and never got refunded. Also the food came cold and chips of course came soggy and drinks melted and watery even though I specified low to no ice.

I don't know if this is just a one off or because it happened to be busy when I ordered but the food tasted very off. The big Mac tasted like it was old and reheated, chips had hardly any flavour and when they did taste of something it was also off. Even the nuggets which were fresh had a slightly off taste about them. Overall just not a great quality of food for McDonald's standards.
