Chopstix in City of London, Westminster

It's a superb service & good staff as well nice food

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Chopstix on a Saturday evening. For such a busy time, they were completely unprepared: most of the toppings had run out, leaving very limited options. The portions were dismal—only three small pieces of chicken per topping! The cleanliness was shocking. Tables were dirty, the floor was littered with mess, napkins, and wooden cutlery, making it a potential slipping hazard. To make matters worse, staff handling the food were careless and not at all delicate when serving. Chopstix should really step up its game in both preparation and hygiene, especially during peak hours. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The food is very good but theres a problem! The staff here try to convince you to write google reviews for their own restaurant and also one in victoria, just so that you can get a sauce. They take your phone and start fumbling around on it to write a google review. Very unprofessional

Thanks to Sajawal he was very welcoming and the food was excellent ! We order just before the closure and he was very patient and kind.

We ate here yesterday, we were served by Sajawal, he is the best, he helped us to choose our food and explained us everything. We came juste before the closure and he took the time to let us make our choice, he was very welcoming. The food was very good, I recommend it

Food selection ok, atmosphere and service not so great , Akashi approached my table and in very pushy way almost forced me and my friends to leave review for her.

Akashee was very helpful and polite and had a lovely smile when serving me! Definitely recommend this place for customers passing through.

Got myself a large box meal which was poorly seasoned. The sides (cauli bites) were soggy and so salty that I felt like I drank a jug of seawater. Toppings were below average and noodles were ok.best things about this place was the watered down pepsi

I've been to this Chopstix 4 times now. I'm giving it a 5 in everything but food. This is because the food is wildly different each time. Sometimes it's excellent, others it sucks. It's like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get.

Poor delivery time following an estimated delivery of 20 mins. Took 1 hour 30 mins delivery time. Extremely late delivery at 11.15pm

All delicious, surprising. Truly the best noodles I've eaten in my life. Near the South Kensington tube exit, small but welcoming place, very polite and friendly staff.

The smell and taste of the food was terrible, I couldn't eat it, 9 pounds wasted in the trash for some noodles and rice in poor condition.

Food never arrived when it said delivered! Not happy and now very hungry!!!

Came into the store for the first time and had one of the finest experience 🤩. They have the best food😋. The front of house staff is amazing , especially Fazeel. He patiently gave me an explanation of all the bases, toppings and meal deals. Thoroughly enjoyed everything and gonna recommend this restaurant for sure👍🏻❤️

Always love to have Chopstick. From 2006 till today always is the best halal food in Oxford Street. Used to very cheap but now a days going a bit expensive. Price has gone incredibly high £7.5 for medium box and the portion has gone smaller as well. Have to stop going there and find something little cheaper in around Oxford Street area. Portion gone smaller. Price has gone £7.99 for medium box and portion gone even more smaller!!!!

Today I've visit Chopstix of oxford Circus. The food over there was absolutely delicious And the staff over there was amazing. They were very friendly and very helpful. Especially thanks to Mr fazeel a member of staff over there he treated me very well and gave me some complementary food as well. Amazing hospitality done by Mr fazeel. I will suggest everyone to once have there food and meet Mr fazeel.

It was a cold day, and found the Chopstix. tried noodles, rice , bbq chicken, sweet and sour chicken as well with veg spring rolls on side. The team members were very friendly . I love the atmosphere and would like to go there again.

I always enjoy the food and service in Chopstix. My first visit to this particular branch despite walking past it many times. Recommend it for a quick and tasty bite.

Tasty stir-fry food, very spicy and abundant, for the price it is very good since the portions are large and if you like spicy, even better. They are constantly updating the freshly cooked toppings. Buy a large drink because it will make you thirsty. I liked the noodles much more than the rice and the beef sauce was my favorite. I recommend if you are close and want to try something different.

They served really well. The taste is as good as other branches. Despite of the location at the tourist center, the prices are still the same. You can also have student discount here.
