Delfino in City of London, Westminster

This restaurant is a staple in all my visits to London. Delicious Italian without philosophy, but it is crowded. Early reservations are recommended

The atmosphere in here is very weird - it was super bright lighting and very quiet even though there was a few tables full, and the music kept going loud then quiet again with strange song selections. Area is small with tables feeling crammed together. Also overpriced - we got a pizza and a sprite each and our total bill was £54 (the sprite was £5.50!!!!!! - but the atmosphere was more like £2.50). Weird branding - does not feel traditional Italian despite being advertised as such. Pizza was very mid.

I am a regular at this establishment and i love their food, however on two occasions now i walked in and noticed that they allow dogs inside at the table or sitting under the table. I dont dislike dogs but i dont like eating my food in close proximity. Sorry delfino this should be banned.

Delicious genuine Italian pizza, dedicated and hospitable servers, and a lovely atmosphere.

Fold is very good, but the service is exceptional. Attentive bit not in your face, one of pir favourite places in the area.

This pizzeria is fantastic. The pizzas are very good, the dough is thin, the topping is made from fresh food and it is generous. The taste is divine. The service is respectful and fast. A faultless one.

Excellent thin crust pizza and delicious appys,pasta, wine in this local Mayfair must visit. Make a reservation or expect to wait a long time in the queue!

Delicious and wonderful, the service is beautiful, the food is more than wonderful requests; The Margherita pizza I ordered was extra thin and crispy, 10/10 Spaghetti with truffle cream: something beyond imagination. Delicious. The pasta is Italian pasta, true to its origins. It definitely has a bite. If anyone likes it more mature, ask for it: 10/10 Risotto balls: 8/10 Delicious, the sauce has some notes French Fries: 10/10, thin and crispy Prices are about average with 2 diet cokes for 79 pounds

It was a real pleasure to eat in this magnificent restaurant and be served by a professional and even better person like Pepe! Without a doubt, on our next visit to the city we will return because the quality/price of their food is spectacular.

Advance reservations are required. The service is fast. The place is relatively small. The order was a margherita pizza and a risotto with mushrooms. The pizza was medium and its edges were not crisp, but the risotto was very special.

The orders were delicious The risotto balls are delicious The fries are delicious, and there are zucchini fries that are considered healthy and delicious The one who provided the service was an employee named Camelia, who was helpful, friendly, and quick to respond The place is small and simple Prices are considered a little high

Came in last minute on a Friday and got a great table for 3 immediately. Food and service were outstanding and would highly recommend!

The food is delicious, the atmosphere and the prices are appropriate, but the truth is that the service from one of the waitresses was inappropriate, and it makes you feel uncomfortable and make you want to leave the restaurant. An experience that will not be repeated. Service and hospitality are more important than anything. It is inconceivable that I would eat food and feel unwelcome.

We’ve been going to Delfino since it opened! The food is fabulous and we’ve lived in Italy so we know! Ricardo always does a great job with the staff, but for the first time our service was lacking. We waited a long time before our server even brought us water. Throughout the whole experience, we had to get her attention to come to us. But again I love this place and will continue to return for wonderful food!

Food was excellent, fresh, and good portions (compared to other places in London!). Will go there again for the food!

Has consistently delivered exceptional food and service since I first started going in the 1980s and has never once let me or my dining companions down. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

I recently dined in, and had mixed feelings. The food was truly exceptional – authentic Italian flavors and beautifully presented, making it a nice spot to enjoy a meal. However, the service left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, our server was rude and inattentive, which took away from the overall experience. With a bit of improvement on the service side.

The best lasagna I've ever eaten. The tomato sauce was incredible. I highly recommend it.

"Delfino Mayfair" Ohhh!! The salad, salmon, and pasta were the best Italian dishes I've ever had. If you're near Mayfair or Hyde Park in London, this restaurant is a must-visit. I would even reconsider my travel plans just to visit this place again.

Just opposite the Connaught Hotel you will find this lovely well priced Italian restaurant . We had a Pizza Quattro stagioni with a superb Chicken salad the best

The restaurant was clean. Staff seemed to be well trained, great veg options and the mains were very good. Being lunch we didn’t have cocktails or any wines, but I’m sure they would have been great too. We are planning our second visit there.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad meal, despite the service from a very kind and helpful Spanish gentleman. However, the linguine with clams were served with onions, cilantro, and even bell peppers. I pointed this out and did not eat it, but I was still charged for it. I strongly advise against this place; it is not truly Italian.Moreover, while you’re eating, they sweep the dining area, which is disgraceful.

Extensive selection of Italian dishes, excellent ingredients and tasty dishes. Staff were very attentive and made extra efforts to accommodate one of our requests that was not on the menu.

The best pizza downtown, tasty food, good service but noisy and overcrowded always. I love their 4 cheese pizza, the dough and taste so yummy for people who into cheese. I like their lasagne too.

The restaurant I give five to in London, honestly We ordered Margherita pizza, truffle fries, regular fries, truffle spaghetti, and shrimp spaghetti, all of which were delicious.

The pizza was made fairly quickly and the texture was good with fresh ingredients, but it doesn’t really stand out amongst other places. It’s not burnt which is very good as burnt pizza seems to be a trend at the moment. The demographic coming here doesn’t really know what Italian food is, so don’t expect the most authentic experience and for the price it’s a bit much, but if you don’t want to travel further across town then it’s ok, certainly not bad.

Small Italian restaurant that requires advance reservations or waiting After waiting, we found a nice table at Al Qazzaz, thank God Small tables together We ordered penne arrabbiata pasta, but I told them to make it a bank of sauce. Their food is delicious, but it is very crowded, even if you book in advance. The waiter is rude and makes you feel like he is preferring you.

Delfinos is one of my favourite Italians, as I work nearby. I met my friend with her baby who was making noises (not crying) and the waiter came up to us and said can you control him. He is 9 months old! Both myself and my friend were completely and utterly outraged.

Such a lovely lunch here, the pizzas were truly excellent and was great to be able to have vegan cheese with regular toppings, the cocktails were nice and strong too! Lovely staff too, we had a great relaxed time.
